Social Work Learning Academy (SWLA) On appointment, the post holder will be enrolled in the SWLA and aligned to the appropriate British Association of Social Work Professional Capabilities Framework. Job Purpose: The post holder will support the respiratory physiology service in the provision of respiratory diagnostics and sleep therapies to the Worcestershire population. The post holder will provide leadership and support to all junior clinical and administrative staff, escalate any concerns to the lung function service lead while monitoring waiting list targets are being met. Provide a professional, responsive and caring service to detained persons in the custody environment to support the Custody Sergeant and Custody Officers in assessing the healthcare needs of detained persons and an effective care pathway throughout their time in custody.
