Overview of Position

Reporting to the modality in-charge, the radiographer is responsible for providing prompt diagnostic imaging services to the patient, ensuring patient safety and proper care of equipment. His/her role is also to ensure compliance to Ministry of Health regulations, international patient safety goals and to achieve high quality patient care service. Through home visits, the program actively engages families, social/community partners and government agencies to provide systematic, integrated and holistic support. The program aims to engage families from the early pregnancy period to maximize the health of both mother and baby, to support breastfeeding and to foster mother-child bonding so as to enhance child development and potential during the first 3 years of life.

The Patient Service Associate role is to provide support in outreach efforts to engage and to recruit new families to join the KidSTART@NUH Merged Home Visitation Programme. Patient Service Associate is part of a care team that will provide identification of needs, anticipatory guidance, screenings and service coordination for clients assigned under their care. Duties and Responsibilities
