Recruitment 24/7 has a vacancy for a Customer Service Administrator/Internal Salesperson for our client based in Acacia Ridge. This position is Full-Time permanent, working a standard 38-hour week. A generous salary package is on offer. Our client operates in the 'Earthmoving, Mining, and Steel Sales' industry, so a brief understanding or willingness to learn this industry is necessary. Duties are included but not limited to:
Develop new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and by following up leads.
Communicating with customers to understand their specific needs and requirements, and identify further sales opportunities/
Enter quotations, sales orders, and workshop orders into a computer system. To be considered for this role you will have:
Excellent customer service and computer skills.
A great telephone manner and the ability to respond to phone calls and emails daily.
The ability to work independently, whilst being part of a team.
