The firm's expert Private Client team offers advice on various matters, including the preparation of wills and lasting powers of attorney, tax planning, trusts, and estate administration. Their experienced professionals have extensive knowledge in tax advice and estate planning, assisting high-net-worth clients with complex estates.
The role will see you manage your own caseload with support and guidnace from experienced team leaders and partners. Your responsibilities will include drafting wills, lasting powers of attorney, and declarations of trust, as well as handling trust administration, estate administration, and providing tax planning advice to clients. There will be ample opportunities for client interaction.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3PQE and be a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to deliver high-quality service are essential. While the role allows for hybrid working, candidates must reside in the South-East as there may be a requirement to travel to clients' homes.
