We are recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive for a leading Building Merchants in the Stoke area. The Internal Sales Executive will make outbound B2B telesales calls contacting
Salary is negotiable depending on experience, geographical knowledge, and customer base.
All applicants must have some previous Sales experience within Electrical Wholesale in order to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities
· Focus on developing positive and proactive relationships
· Upselling to key accounts
· Target new accounts
· Deliver a minimum number of proactive customer calls per day
· Answer sales queries
· Ensure CRM activity is kept up-to-date
Skills/Experience
· Prior B2B sales experience within the Electrical Wholesale Industry
· Negotiation, quoting and upselling skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Able to actively collaborate with the team
· An eagerness to keep knowledge current
