This is a 6 Month Fixed term contract

The Golf operations supervisor will assist with day to day running of the professional shop and golfing operation. Maintain the shops stock systems ensuring all administration relating to retail stock are completed in a timely and accurate manor.

• To abide by set opening and closing procedures to ensure the facility is in full 5-star standards for the start of a new day.
• To provide the highest quality of guest service standard with the aim of exceeding expectations at all times, both operationally and administratively
• Assist with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area, driving range and country club as a whole.
• Assist in the set-up and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Maintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the opening and closing procedures for all golf carts.
• Ensure the driving range is efficiently stocked for golf balls for members, guests, and lessons.
• Assists in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy, speed of play and so forth.
• Carries out the function of the practice facility attendant responsibilities, in accordance to the policies, procedures and standards of the department.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned individual tasks. Updates tasks area on a regular basis to ensure specific achievement.
• To act as a Salesperson, promoting the image of the Hotel and Golf Club at all times.
• To have a good knowledge of the history, services and facilities of the hotel.
• Always looking for any up-selling opportunities and help promote this culture within the team.

Finance Assistant - Income Auditor

We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Finance Assistant (Income Auditor) to join our Finance team.

Working 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.

As a Finance Assistant (income), you will report to the Financial Controller and will be responsible for the control and audit of revenue generated by Hotel operating departments. This will involve the accurate and timely preparation of revenue and statistical reports combined with the sequential control of documentation.

What we are looking for:

Be able to demonstrate previous relevant experience.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organised and self-motivated.
Have the ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Attention to detail and good time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
IT skills and good numeracy skills are essential. Must be atleast part ACCA qualified and have experience within busy accounting departments,
Must have Hotel financial and Opera experience.

You may be required to work in our lounge / room service, restaurants and bars which will give you a wealth of experience.

40 hours per week - working 5 days out of 7 - Fully flexible to cover breakfast, lunch or dinner shifts.

What we are looking for:-

At least two years’ luxury experience in a similar role is preferred.
Fluency in English, second language an asset
A passion for high quality guest service with attention to details and ability to multitask
Computer literate & knowledge of Opera, Res Diary, and Squirrel preferred, but not required.
