Our Security Governance Sr. Analyst is a member of a service-oriented team with upwards to six (6) personnel within the Information Security Governance team that are focused on policy development/management, Engagement Data Security Plan (EDSP) management, Travel assessments, and documentation management. Effectively supports and executes multiple or more complex IT Security Governance projects that may span company-wide initiatives within scope, timeline, and budget. What You Will Do:

We are seeking a consulting leader to drive growth in Guidehouse’s Energy Providers Practice through crafting, selling, and overseeing delivery of Transmission & Distribution (T&D) and infrastructure resiliency opportunities to support our clients in navigating the evolving transition to a clean, distributed, and customer-centric energy system. You will lead in the identification and building of new, transformational offerings for our clients as they relate to energy system resilience. You will be responsible for identifying trends at the cutting edge of infrastructure resilience strategy, assisting with solution development, supporting associated business development activities, and managing the delivery of client engagements. You will collaborate with other Guidehouse teams and external alliance partners on activities and opportunities related to infrastructure resilience. Infrastructure resilience opportunities may include but are not limited to; assisting clients improve their restoration and reconstruction processes, evaluating extreme natural disasters as well as climate change physical risk, developing resilient investment/adaptation programs, supporting clients with cost recovery regulatory filing and stakeholder engagement, and implementing capital investment programs. You will lead opportunity pursuits, position and sell solutions, and deliver client engagements.

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop/expand long-term client relationships in the South and Mid-Atlantic region that will lead to repeat business and meeting and exceeding annual sales targets

What You Will Need:

• US Citizen or a US Permanent Resident status (due to the nature of client engagements)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline
• 10+ years of professional work experience with utilities or utility consulting organizations (excluding internships, co-ops, and fellowships)
• Executive level utility/consulting Transmission & Distribution (T&D) experience with a deep background and understanding of infrastructure resiliency trends
• Demonstrable experience leading business development initiatives (writing proposals, identifying opportunities to expand the scope, and/or providing additional services)

Guidehouse is seeking a Workday Data Conversion Lead for full platform Workday implementations. The person we are seeking will provide expertise in requirements gathering, design, and implementation of customer data conversion processes. They will work with the Guidehouse Workday Practice leadership to build tools, templates, and processes for ensuring data conversion activities are of high quality, repeatable, and effective.

As a Workday Data Lead your primary responsibilities may include:

• Responsible for managing build timelines and collaboration with project management team on tenant management

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and oral communication skills (RFP responses, white papers, etc.) and presentation skills such as Workday demonstrations and client presentations.
• Ability to travel to support prominent clients and sales opportunities.
• 7+ years of work experience including integration development and modern integration technology experience (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware).
• Current holder of a Workday Certification within one or more of the following specialties: Integrations, Data Conversion, Prism Analytics, Extend.

What You Will Do:
The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for the delivery of enhancements and administration of ServiceNow functionality in support of documented business needs. The goal of this individual will be to maximize Guidehouse’s investment in the ServiceNow platform and ensure that the capabilities are being utilized to their fullest. This position will report to the Associate Director of Enterprise Service Management.

• Collaborates with business clients and stakeholders to document business requirements and create both functional and technical specifications. Provides estimates and task planning as needed to support business cases and portfolio prioritization.

• Applies technical knowledge and experience to recommend solutions that achieve business requirements.

• Designs or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering system availability, capacity, operating schedules, and business results.

• Documents applications in support of policy compliance.

• Designs, develops, tests, and implements functionality in accordance with best practices and the system development life cycle.

• Responsible for quality assurance of ServiceNow.

• Stays current with software development technology advances to enable production support and incident resolution that meets service level agreements.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field preferred

• Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow experience including ITSM, CMDB, implementation of new modules/functionality, and writing JavaScript

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
