DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE | HIGH WYCOMBE

We’re looking for a fabulous Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team and play a key role in delivering high performing digital campaigns across the affiliate channel whilst supporting the Affiliate Marketing Manager in delivering The Perfume Shop’s digital marketing objectives.

You’ll work closely with the rest of both the Digital Marketing and Online Business Team as well as the wider Customer Team to achieve company KPIs and sales growth objectives, whilst increasing brand exposure.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Assisting with the delivery of high-performance digital campaigns across the affiliate channel

· Briefing the Design Team on marketing assets and ensuring they are delivered to the relevant publisher or affiliate network by the required deadlines.

· Regularly monitoring reporting across key KPIs across both the business and affiliate channel

· Supporting our affiliate network by keeping them up to date on promotions, initiatives, market trends and business performance.

· Working with publishers on activity, ensuring that all assets and copy are supplied, and the activity goes live as planned and ensuring it is in aligned with TPS brand guidelines.

· Conducting regular competitor research and working with the Affiliate Marketing Manager to identify new opportunities ensuring that The Perfume Shop are always represented in a compelling and competitive way against the rest of the market and reacting to this activity where necessary.

Senior CRM Campaign Executive| HIGH WYCOMBE

We’re looking for a fabulous CRM Campaign Executive to join our CRM team and play a key role in bringing the creativity to deliver engaging email campaigns and a keen eye for detail to analyse performance and implement improvement opportunities.

You’ll take ownership of CRM Marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive performance in line with business goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Own the planning and delivery of communications within the CRM team and across local marketing departments to deliver an aligned marketing plan including email, push notifications, paid advertising and SMS

· Develop and manage our campaign calendars, and work with the local marketing teams to tailor content where needed for specific markets.

· Work with business analysts to ensure all channel activity is reviewed and measured on the specific channel KPIs, feeding into and shaping business strategies to acquire, retain and grow customer spend

· Work with the CRM Manager, Buying team and external suppliers to shape new strategies with the brands we stock to drive supplier brand revenue

· Being a key CRM stakeholder delivering new initiatives and projects ensuring a seamless rollout across the CRM team

· Previous copywriting experience

· Data driven and enjoy interpreting data and using it for change

CONTENT MARKETING EXECUTIVE | HIGH WYCOMBE

We’re looking for an incredible Executive to join our Digital Marketing Team and play a key role in supporting in the delivery of The Perfume Shop’s online marketing objectives.

You’ll own the creation and upload of blog content and work with the Digital Marketing Team to ensure all content is on brand and optimal for our digital marketing channels.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Create and manage our blog content calendar, whilst running regular content ideation session with the wider teams to identify new opportunities.

· Write copy for new or updated blogs, as well as working with wider teams on creating new content.

· Proofread and edit blog posts written by colleagues, and edit existing blog posts, uploading in WordPress.

· Create regular reports, using insights to demonstrate how the content is performing, in addition to this you will complete competitor content analysis, researching latest content marketing tools.

· Write SEO friendly copy for the website and liaise with our PR team and agency on opportunities to push content.

· Work with the Marketing team to ensure brand guidelines and tone of voice are accurately reflected on digital marketing channels and our web content.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

· You have a passion for marketing and all things digital, you are an excellent writer and enjoy being creative.

· Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research tools.

· You’re a confident verbal and written communicator and love collaborative.

· You thrive in an autonomous environment and have the ability to take a project and run with it.

· You’ll be qualified by experience or be a graduate with a degree in a relevant field such as marketing, communication, or journalism.

We’re looking for an amazing Senior Retail Analyst to join our Finance team and play a key role in the Finance team overseeing fixed and variable retail costs, maintaining high standards of accounting, reconciliation, reporting, and forecasting.

You’ll partner with department managers, providing robust cost reviews and insight to aid in the business' decision-making.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· You’ll manage key business costs, deliver financial reports with insightful analysis, and ensure accurate reconciliations, supporting efficient cost control and informed decision-making.

· Be responsible for providing monthly flash forecasts and delivering the annual and quarterly forecast.

· You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, lead projects or business tenders, and serve as a business partner to Area Managers, providing support to Store Managers.

· Play a key part in our Finance transformation strategy by leveraging your expertise and driving continuous enhancements in financial and business processes

· You’ll be responsible for managing and developing a Graduate Analyst from January 2025.

· ACCA/CIMA Finalist, qualified or qualified by experience

We’re looking for a fabulous Social Media Executive to join our Internal Communications team and play a key role in delivering and driving engagement with our people-led content, as well as building external brand ambassadors and brand awareness.

You’ll write and create engaging content, to support the overall Internal Communications plan!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Review and respond to any social comments or sentiments on our people channels.

· Use your skills to help us understand our audience’s behaviour on key social channels and make recommendations to drive engagement and to grow our followers.

· Be proactive in utilising search, social listening tools and trend data to identify new content opportunities, whilst sharing ideas with the relevant team members to embed any recommendations into the IC plan.

· Work with our Marketing Team to create a suite of people assets, and where necessary organising internal photo shoots.

· Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to drive job advert engagement on our social media channels.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

· You have a passion for social media and previous experience in a social media or digital roe.

· Experience of creative writing, creative thinking and content creation.

· Strong experience with creative tools, such as InDesign, Photoshop and Canva.

· You have fabulous attention to detail, organisational skill and the ability to work under pressure!

· Valid UK driving licence, you will be required to visit our stores and warehouse for content creation.
