Our Healthcare Assistant roles are also doubled up as a companionship role by building up key relationships and promoting independence through daily tasks for our service user within her own home environment and especially within the community.

Activities will include playing board games/ puzzles, watching TV, socilising with her friends and family, going for long walks, but most importantly, suggesting new ideas and opportunities that serve the service users' best interests, by going above and beyond. Our Service user wants to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and have a structured routine in order to keep her safe and effective at all times.

She is non-verbal but can communicate through facial expressions and body language through she enjoys and wants to do. You will then need to communicate with her effectively and appropriately, whilst also giving her the opportunity to communicate his needs as well.

What you'll need to succeed
The role is Front End leaning and that is the core experience we need, you must have 4+ years commercial experience building applications with TypeScript/React and the surrounding ecosystem. You'll also have worked with Babel, Vite and NPM.

It's a LAMP stack environment so the Back End is PHP based using Laravel Framework. The perfect candidate will have both PHP and Laravel, but they are comfortable speaking to people moving across from a different back end tech such as Node.js or Python.

In this role you'll be expected to use initiative to complete elements of the roadmap so there's creative license here, you'll also speak directly to Marketeers about projects and solve problems on the go so it's very real-time/dynamic. Night Support Worker - Boveridge College Location: Cranborne, Dorset
Hourly rate: £11.72 - £12.78 + £25 per night shift worked
Annual Salary: £26,663.00 - £29,074.50

Hours: 7.45pm-8.15am- 4 on 4 off shifts- average of 43.75 hours per week.About Us: At our Aurora Boveridge College, we support young people between the ages of 16 and 25 who have additional social, emotional, autism and mental health needs. We’re currently looking for a number of Life Preparation & Transition Night Support Workers to assist our students in their homes (on-site) (no personal care responsibilities). The role: As a Night support worker, you will play an important role in our young people’s lives, preparing them for adult life and facilitating their transition into further education, training, or employment. Following a handover from our day team, you’ll support our students with their evening routine. You will mentor and support our young people in their evening activities, sports, or hobbies both on and off site and ensure they settle for night. This will be with the use of verbal and visual prompting dependent on the need of the young person. You’ll also provide a key liaison point for parents and carers and ensure all health/medical needs are looked after throughout the night. You will be the listening ear and emotional support for young people to talk to after a busy day. The key to this role will be your ability to participate and to motivate whilst ensuring our students develop their own independent living skills. What does a live-in carer do?
As a professional live-in carer in the South West of England, you’ll provide personalised care that enables clients to stay in their own homes. We offer flexible rota patterns to help you balance work and personal life, and we welcome carers with at least six months of professional experience. You’ll stay with your client during your chosen rota pattern, caring for one person (or sometimes a couple) and following a tailored care plan. Duties include daily activities, personal care, condition management, and household tasks. You’ll typically work an average of 8–10 hours per day, with daily rates based on hours worked.

About you:
You’ll be someone who’s happy to talk, laugh and enjoy time with our clients, assisting them in their activities and encouraging them to live life to the full.
You might already be working as a live-in care assistant, or you might have professional experience as a support worker, care assistant in a residential or domiciliary care setting, or you might be a HCA working with the NHS. If you share our passion for quality care, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for the following skills and experience:
- At least 6 months’ professional care experience gained in any care setting
- You must be able to provide us with proof of your right to work in the UK. We cannot assist with any sponsorship or visa requests – including those applying for a health and social care visa.
- You must be flexible to travel to your client placement (UK travel expenses covered)
