Group Sales Support Assistant
Swansea
Up to £26,000 per annum basic + annual bonus
Monday - Friday, 8:45 - 17:15
Acorn by Synergie is working with a client in the Health, Beauty and Wellness industry who are seeking a fun and friendly individual to join their well established commercial team as a Group Sales Support Assistant.
The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to give customers a first class service, whilst the client will provide full training and the opportunity to grow and develop within the role.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and process customer orders in a timely manner with a 'right first time' mentality.
* Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
* Resolve any issues that may arise.
* Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with other departments to provide a seamless service.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment, especially at 'month end'
* Work towards departmental KPI's.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
* Experience in SAGE is desired.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Highly organised.
* Flexible to work additional hours as required.
* Strong administration skills.
