Job Description

Reporting to Deputy Director (Investigations), your responsibilities will include:

• Perform preliminary assessment on the whistle-blowing information received through EnterpriseSG tipoff email and hotline. It will involve review the information and determine whether an investigation is necessary.
• Conduct interview and record statements from relevant parties for investigation cases.
• Plan and execute the investigation procedures in a timely manner, maintain clear and complete documentation of work papers as well as prepare clear and concise investigation reports.
• Handle appeals and case escalations.
• Liaise with Law Enforcement Agencies for case referral.

The eight-week paid Radio Internship Program is an ideal opportunity for the next generation of Australia's diverse radio talent to build their skills and get real-world experience under their belt.  We're seeking passionate and ambitious individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience across our various radio departments.

Across the eight weeks, no two days will look the same, giving you a broad hands-on feel for what it’s like to work within our Radio station!  One day you might be creating content with our producers and on-air talent across our different programs, engaging audiences through posts on our social media platforms or you could learn panel operation for smooth live or pre-recorded broadcasts, managing timing, content, and audio quality. You will truly gain a comprehensive understanding of what it’s like to work within our Radio station. 

Based out of Cannon Hill, Brisbane, the internship program is managed by our Radio Station / Content Manager and you will be buddied up with a Mentor for each of your rotations. 

Scope of Work

• Reporting to the head of BWF Client Services and Marketing Operations with the planning of on-site management of the marketing operations at BWF Events
• Assist in coordinating the rights delivery in close collaboration with the client servicing and commercial operations managers, BWF Commercial Partners and their marketing agencies, BWF Events team and the Hosts
• Assist in working with contractors and BWF Events team to ensure that the rights (signage, branding, etc..) are delivered as agreed. Support approved BWF Commercial Partners’ activation on-site

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Establish a professional communication with our co-living residents, including managing tenancy related enquiries, requests, pre-termination and lease transfers
• Manage tenancy related documentations including tenancy agreements, personal information and rental collection particulars of the residents, security deposits and other important documents.

Main Purpose of the Job:

Financial Data Entry:

Assist in the preparation and entry of financial data into accounting software.

Ensure the accuracy of financial records and update financial reports as needed.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:
