Duties and responsibilities

Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry.
Check source documents for accuracy.
Verify data and correct data where necessary.
Transcribe information into electronic spreadsheet template format.
Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required.
Check completed work for accuracy.
Respond to requests for information and access relevant files.
Extract course, programme and module information.
Transfer and enter course, programme and module data into template spreadsheets.
Catalogue the data with appropriate tags, for ease of reference and upload into repository for single source of truth.
Retrieve data as requested, assist with validation and cleanliness, of the university curricula data.
Maintain and update data as necessary, ensuring quality review and control.
Generate periodic reports and updates
Comply with data integrity and security policies.
