This role supports the day-to-day management of SAUL's Defined Contribution (DC) pension plan (SAUL Start), working closely with the DC administration provider, Assistant DC Benefits Manager and DC Benefits Manager to facilitate the smooth running of the Scheme. The Team

Lambeth CAMHS - River Team - is a tier 3 CAMHS team comprising of a range of skilled practitioners who assess and treat a wide variety of mental health disorders being acute, complex, chronic and/or enduring. These include schizophrenia, depression, eating disorders, deliberate self-harm, psychosis, ADHD, OCD, anxiety, gender disorders, conduct disorders, PTSD and substance misuse.

The team is a multidisciplinary team including psychiatry, psychotherapy, psychology, nursing, occupational therapists, art psychotherapists, CBT therapists, social workers and family therapists supported by a business manager and a number of administrators based on site.

We see the majority of the children and young people at our main team base, however, we do have facilities to see people in a local GP surgery and within schools and other statutory services as well as in their homes.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage your own business and work in a commercial and entrepreneurial environment. You'll manage the whole recruitment cycle including:

• Building relationships with clients
• Winning new business
• Managing vacancies from start to finish
• Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
• Matching the best candidates to the best jobs

Recruitment can be tough, but we will give you all of the tools and support needed to meet your targets and be a successful recruitment consultant. You will also have access our advanced bespoke technology which will enable you to work efficiently and make the most of our uncapped commission!

What you'll need to succeed as a Recruitment Consultant?

• Ideally 6 months + experience in some form of sales or KPI driven environment
• Passionate about hitting targets and working in a highly competitive environment
• Resilience, determination, drive and ambition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated and a strong initiative (even more important while we are working remotely!

Full time, Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week fully onsite

Scope of role:

Supporting a busy Life Science organisation with a Quality Assurance data entry project to assist with their ISO 13485 accreditation process.

Duties of the role:

• Transcribing data from MS Excel spreadsheets onto QA forms in high volume.

• Assisting with the administrative processes to onboard specialised lab equipment in preparation for an ISO accreditation which is relevant to the medical devices sector.

• Flagging up any irregularities in the data to the QA team.

• Any additional ad hoc data entry duties as they arise.

Your background:

• Strong attention to detail, meticulous and accurate with alphanumerical data entry.

• Accustomed to working with MS Excel spreadsheets and large volumes of data.

• It would be helpful to have a Quality background from within a pharma or medical devices organisation (though not essential).

• Able to work 5 days a week onsite in London for up to 2 months on this temporary assignment.
