The role:

* Successful applicants will be enrolled onto an internal training programme from day one as a Trainee Sealant Repair Technician. This will involve training in the company's dedicated training facility initially before moving on to site.
* You will work alongside an established trade person to develop your sealant skills in a hands-on environment.
* Helping to prepare and make safe workspaces.
* A variety to your working day, every site will offer you the chance to develop different skills.
* This role is full-time working Monday to Friday approximately 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Experience and Qualifications 
You don’t need experience to join our Activities & Leisure Team. You may already be a Lifeguard but if not, that’s ok! We will provide the training and support required to ensure you are great at what you do. All we are looking for is…

- Able to swim a minimum of 100 metres on your back and front continuously
- Able to dive to a depth of 3 metres
- Able to swim efficient breaststroke and have some knowledge of sidestroke

The Role
As a Trainee Rigger, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll learn all the skills necessary to be able to safely and effectively work on military and public communication masts and systems.

Day to day, you'll be provided with training from experienced riggers both on site and in the classroom.

Experience of the Trainee Rigger
