Job Introduction
An opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Parts Advisor to join our Honda Dealership in Solihull. The hours of work are 8am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, as well as Saturdays on a rota basis.
Excellent basic salary of £23,000 plus benefits with a bonus OTE of £26,000.
This exciting opportunity will provide the successful candidate the development and training needed to forge a successful career in the automotive sector.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
• Order taking via the telephone and face to face.
• Order picking.
• Carrying out daily / weekly stock checking.
• Assisting with the pre-picking of parts for workshop job cards.
• Delivering parts to our trade customers.
What we're looking for:
• You don't need to be from the motor industry or a parts background; however you will have a proven record of excellent customer service skills and ability to work with people.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• A well-presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed.
• However, this is not essential as we will offer comprehensive training together with all of the help and support you need to become a successful Parts Advisor.
