Vacancies have arisen for Personnel Assistants within Finance and Corporate Resources. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and support employees and managers in the move to our new modern self-service HR system.
The role involves working within our new Oracle Fusion Helpdesk team, providing first point of contact support to employees and managers in relation to a wide range of HR related enquiries and policy matters.
To provide the highest level of customer service it is therefore essential that you have previous experience of working in a busy, customer focused environment, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can demonstrate the ability to provide professional HR advice with confidence.
The successful applicant will be resilient, positive and solution focused. You will be able to demonstrate a proactive and flexible approach to prioritising your own workload and enthusiasm to deliver excellent service to managers and employees across the Council by taking personal responsibility for processing enquires to a high standard.
The role will also undertake reporting requirements for the service therefore we are also looking for candidates to demonstrate strong IT and analytical skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn and develop their own skills and knowledge within the role.
Hours: 35 hours per week
Vacancy: Permanent
Salary: Grade 2 Level 1-3, £27,245.76 - £31,954.00
