SEN Teaching Assistant - Blackpool:

Prospero Teaching are looking for a knowledgeable SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Year 3 pupil on a 1-1 basis at a lovely primary school near Blackpool. This is to start in January and will be for the rest of the year.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent curriculum knowledge of both core and foundation subjects, with clear communication skills. Location: Blackpool Southshore

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children of all primary ages as this role will be across the whole school in KS1 and KS2.
Your new role

• Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's learning and development.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
• Ensure that the nursery is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum Level 3 qualification.
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be beneficial when working with this age group.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
