Major duties include but are not limited to:

• Performs work involving consult management, patient transportation scheduling, and lodging scheduling.

To serve as the Administrative Assistant performing various administrative and clerical duties in support of the 72d Force Support
Squadron, reporting directly to the 72d FSS/FSR Resource Management Flight Chief. Performs office automation duties such as
word processing in support of the administrative and clerical work. The position is located in a multi-layered organization with
subordinate groups which differ from each other in terms of subject matter, function, relationships with other organizations and
administrative requirements. There is a system of formal internal procedures and administrative controls, formal coordination among
subordinate units and a formal progress reporting system which is sufficiently complex to require continuous attention on the part of
the administrative assistant. Prepares a wide variety of recurring and non-recurring correspondence, reports and other documents and

AUSAs have the opportunity to represent the interests of the United States of America in the United States District Court of Arizona and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. In performing this important public service, AUSAs exercise responsibility that is unparalleled in any other job that a litigator might undertake. The AUSA in this position will be responsible for forfeiture-related matters in our Phoenix office. Primary responsibilities include criminal forfeiture, civil forfeiture, and seizure warrants in cases involving violations of federal laws such as immigration, drugs, firearms, and financial crime. 1. Observes, documents, and evaluates carrier and contractor performance. Inspects contractor's performance at owner's residence and at warehouse during packing, crating, loading, shipping, unloading, uncrating and unpacking.
2. Counsels members regarding policies and procedures for the proper preparation of personal property for shipment and/or storage, including specialized items, to domestic and overseas locations.

• Apply a practical knowledge of youth recreational activities and skills in the use of various types of recreation equipment. Instruct children/youth on proper use of variety of equipment. Issues/receives recreational equipment.

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

• Performs receptionist duties, customer service and other duties assigned for the proper timely treatment of patients and maintains appointment schedules for one or more outpatient clinics.
• Serves on more than one PACT or in more than one Specialty Clinic area.
• Validates and updates patient demographic information, either in person during check-in or over the phone.
• Collects, scans, and updates health insurance information serving a major role in the revenue process.
• Endures that all necessary health/administrative information are integrated into Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS) by sending the documents to scan or performing the function within their area.
