In this job, you will work closely with class teachers to support and assess pupils' learning.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job, you will have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification. You'll also have experience as a Teaching Assistant in a classroom setting - ideally having supported SEN pupils and a strong phonics knowledge base. Most importantly, you'll need to be proactive, energetic and dedicated to nurturing the next generation of learners.
