My public sector client is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide support in assisting one of the organisations Director to manage their time and work effectively, so that they can focus on their priorities. This is a potential 6 month temporary assignment Monday to Friday paying £12.62 p/hr, full time 37.00 hours a week, 9.00am to 5.00pm and this role will be a fully remote working role

The main duty of this role will allow you to be involved with making decisions on how the Director's time is spent, consider competing priorities, and understand who to involve as an escalation point. You will be expected to evaluate information and take the initiative when acting as the first point of contact to ensure timely and appropriate responses to requests. These also include:

• Diary management - actively managing the Director's appointments, sending meeting invites, chasing responses and accepting/declining invites as appropriate. Working closely with the Director to assure their diary is aligned with key priorities
• Inbox management - proactively managing the Director's inbox - ensuring urgent items are identified and progressed as necessary, responding to routine correspondence and the Senior Management Team as appropriate
