Your new role
As an Accounts Senior, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering high-quality accounting services. Your responsibilities will include preparing statutory and management accounts, VAT returns, bookkeeping duties, VAT returns and some ad hoc tax duties.
Due to the nature of your client base, you will become heavily involved in their finances and will carry out any additional financial related task they may require, with your Directors' support.
You will work closely with leadership to deliver on deadlines and work closely with your clients, building long-term relationships.
You will be required to review juniors' work.
Additionally, you will work closely with the trainees within the office, providing on the job mentorship and training.
There will be an opportunity from day 1 to progress into an Assistant Manager role, where you will have your own portfolio carved out. There will then be a pathway through to Manager.
You will receive lots of support from both your Director and office Partner throughout your role with this firm.


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should be newly qualified or have built up some time as an Accounts Senior post qualification (ACA / ACCA). A strong proficiency in cloud software is essential, as this firm is on the front foot in delivering training and accountancy solutions via cloud services. You should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.The ability to build internal relationships with key colleagues and stakeholders across the business is also key, as this office works closely with another within Greater Manchester, often sharing resources. You must have a proactive approach to problem-solving, as well as a track record and experience of both reviewing juniors' work, and providing on the job training and mentorship to the juniors within the office too.

What will you be doing as a Senior Third Party Claims Handler:
You will be managing a portfolio of claims, whilst providing excellent service to policy holders throughout the claim. Emphasis is on proactive claim handling and delivering an excellent customer service experience. Duties will include:

Are you an experienced dispenser seeking new challenges in a clinically-orientated hospital pharmacy service or a pharmacy assistant who has completed NVQ level 2 in pharmacy services or equivalent?

Are you looking for a wide-ranging and stimulating pharmacy experience? You will gain experience in dispensing for medicines management team working on wards and also in our busy pharmacy dispensary.

We are looking for a hard working individual that wants to develop their skills and become an experience dispenser. Dispensing experience is not essential as we have an excellent track record of training and developing our staff.

A well-established company based in Bolton is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent and full-time basis. Currently reporting a financial turnover of over £100million, this organisation has doubled in size over the past few years and has further plans to double its turnover in the next 3-5 years. This is an incredibly exciting time to join a fast-paced, secure business that has several employees exceeding 5+ years of service.
Your new role
In your new role, you will primarily be working within the purchase ledger team, and you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices. You will check all costs for approval as well as deal with all internal and external suppliers. Alongside this, you will approve invoices on their bespoke system for payment and running payments through the accounts' system, Bankline and Excel spreadsheets. You will have involvement in monthly statement reconciliations, year-end supplier statement reconciliations and reporting. You will also have the opportunity to progress into a team leader post, in which you will oversee and supervise two finance professionals at a later date.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need to be an ambitious individual with proven experience in a Senior Accounts role & ideally, with a minimum of 6 years of recent experience. You will have strong communication skills and be confident working individually but also in a team environment. You will have experience processing invoices daily and be able to do this without any supervision.
