A growing non-profit organisation based 20 minutes outside the city centre are seeking an enthusiastic and established Executive Support Officer to join their Governance & Assurance team and support members of their senior leadership team inclusive of Chief Executives. Your new role
Working in a small governance and assurance team and reporting to the lead, you will be providing comprehensive support to the CEO and the senior management team. You will be instrumental to the SMT being able to carry out their roles efficiently and effectively! Your varied role will encompass duties across governance, diary management, travel bookings, supporting with external events, as well as reminding the CEO and SMT members of critical tasks and deadlines. You will support with board report writing, as well as responding to emails and letters on behalf of the CEO / SMT to varying levels of external stakeholder seniority.

You will be comfortable managing your own workload whilst addressing conflicting priorities that have internal and external influences. You will be meticulously organised and pride yourself on your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You will be an advanced user of systems, and feel comfortable navigating the Microsoft 365 package with ease. Your stand out attention to detail will enable you to spot potential errors in corporate communications before they reach external audiences! What you'll get in return
You will be working with an organisation that is going through an exciting, transformative time! Your working hours will be 35 hours per week, traditionally working 9am-5pm. You will have 28 days of annual leave, plus the 8 bank holidays PLUS an extra 3 days over Christmas! This then increases with service. Additionally, you will be entitled to childcare vouchers for pre school age children to support with nursery costs. Long service awards, annual salary reviews, excellent on-site facilities, and a salary of £29,000
