There are opportunities within this role, outside of the on-call commitment, to gain experience in many of the general and subspecialty areas of anaesthetics we offer at Kings. We have successfully delivered higher training modules for CESR candidates for several years and with discussion, this could also be an option for this post holder. Equally within cardiac there will be opportunities to be involved in cardiac anaesthesia, high risk perioperative assessment, MDMs and cardiac cath lab cases.

To be responsible for the collection of all International debt to ensure that the Trusts income is maximised. To ensure that all debt managed is kept constantly under review and a low aged debt profile is maintained. To maintain regular contact with your client portfolio via face-to-face visits with senior client personnel, to expedite payment, resolve queries, and be the face of the organisation. This will require a high level of communication skills including diplomacy, negotiation, and a highly professional business manner. To deal with the more complex/sensitive debt. Establishing payment plans taking into account sensitivities and the cultural and economic background of the debtors, whilst managing key accounts. To be responsible for identifying debts that are considered uncollectable and to regularly report to the Head of Finance that are potential write offs. The Football Association is recruiting for a PR & Campaigns Executive - Fixed Term Contract until 31st July 2026.

The role will support in delivering best in class fully integrated campaigns and PR activations across the season, with output across owned and earned channels.

This role is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious individual with experience in PR & communications. Working with the wider PR & Campaigns and Marketing team, the focus will be on delivering the campaigns through proactive PR, social activation, content creation and live events to drive positive engagement with FA initiatives.

The role will work across several FA Campaigns and activations across grassroots football and the professional game.

What will you be doing?

• To support the development and implementation of integrated campaigns and comms activations throughout the season (including key England Football grassroots activations, FA-led purpose-driven campaigns and supporting hero moments, such as creative thinking for promotion around international tournaments and/or domestic competitions).
• To drive pre-defined England Football/FA activity in line with priorities (e.g. managing the County FA MarComms network - the 50 regional FA's which govern local aspects of football), plus supporting on tier 1 campaigns such as:
  • Love Football. Protect The Game - The cross-football behavioural campaign which aims to address unacceptable conduct on the pitch, on the side-lines and in the stands across both the grassroots and professional game.
  • The England Football Family - A volunteer brand platform championing the volunteering community and acts as a symbol of investment, support and recognition for their work.
  • Let Girls Play - Launched in October 2021 to support The FA's strategic ambition to provide girls with equal opportunities to football in schools. The campaign has seen huge success with a pledge from the Government on providing equal opportunities and record numbers for the Biggest Ever Football Sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign planning and activation:
  • Support the development and implementation of fully integrated campaigns across PR, communications and marketing
  • Draft campaign assets including press releases, media notices, PR and engagement plans
  • Develop campaign creative and supporting assets for earned media, with a strategic focus on aligning with earned and paid channels
  • Lead on one-off seasonal campaign activations where necessary

We, TLT are searching for a Contract Senior Paralegal to join our Public Inquiries Team. The role will be on an initial 3-6 month contract with the potential for extension. There will be office attendance therefore, we ideally need candidates to reside within the London vicinity.

Your Role

• Developing an understanding of complex issues in order to review and categorise a wide range of evidence and contracts.
• Using e-disclosure platforms and specific systems (full training provided) to implement both relevance and redaction policies and decisions, to provide disclosure to relevant stakeholders.
• Using AI contract review tools (full training provided) and individual legal skills to identify and advise on key contract terms and themes.
• Taking detailed instructions from fee earners within the team and providing regular updates on progress. 
• Instructing Counsel on key matters related to the Inquiry.
• Assistance on all elements of evidence gathering, collation and publication including work on e-disclosure platforms to undertake document review, tagging and creation of e-bundles for the purposes of obtaining evidence from witnesses.
• Work in relation to Restriction Orders, involving liaising closely with counsel and solicitors in relation to applications to restrict evidence, applying redactions and undertaking all necessary tasks required.
• Work on hearings, Including making arrangements with the Court, liaising with core participants, creating bundles, attending hearings and undertaking any follow-up work.

Your Skills and Experience

• 12 months Legal Assistant / Paralegal experience
• A willingness to be SC Clearance –arranged upon employment offer.
• Experience within private practice law firm
• Public Inquiries case handling experience would be desirable but not essential.
• Accuracy, good organisational skills and flexibility
• Previous experience using Relativity, Kira or other legal technology is ideal but not essential.
• A proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, work under pressure and prioritise work from various stakeholders.
• Exceptional legal drafting skills.

What you'll be doing;

• Conduct scheduled physical inspections by company Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) procedures
  
• Carry out operational Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) checks and report findings with the shift supervisor and maintenance supervisor
  
• Communicate clear instructions and information to MBT operatives to support operations and high emphasis will be placed on the plant availability and the performance of the biological process
  
• Record all defects and findings accordingly and assist with KPI data entry
  
• The Senior Technician is required to have an excellent understanding of the SCADA system and will be expected to independently fault-find and rectify issues via this and the plant's equipment
  
• Provide line management with specialist knowledge and hands-on expertise in rectifying and preventing problems such as equipment failure, material blockages and biological process inefficiencies
  
• Prepare both facilities for daily operation and carry out necessary pre-start equipment checks in conjunction with the shift supervisor

Starlight Children’s Ward is a general paediatric ward caring for children from 0-16 years of age with a variety of conditions including bronchiolitis, asthma, sepsis, cellulitis, diabetes, and meningitis as well as day case surgery.
