We are looking for a Senior New Business Advisor to join the team on a fixed term contract basis until September 2025. This role offers a wide range of benefits and the opportunity to expand your own knowledge and understanding surrounding VWFS (UK) LTDs customer and product base. This role is full time at 35 hours per week but there will be an element of shift work covering weekends and evenings on a rota basis.

The New Business department is responsible for the processing of over 500,000 contracts which include applications for finance and service plans. What you will be responsible for:

• Take full ownership and use initiative to resolve Retailer queries within first contact resolution and deliver a personal service making VWFS feel easy to do business with.
• Use personal judgement to identify when redress and negotiation is needed to resolve a first-line complaint and utilising the "Limits of Authority" matrix where appropriate.
• In accordance with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulation, where a query cannot be resolved at first instance this is required to be correctly noted in the relevant complaints software programme and escalated as appropriate.
• Provide clear and concise process expertise on a defined range of processes and be recognised by others as a point of contact for advice, guidance and process improvement.
• Deputise for Team Leader and support on an ongoing basis where appropriate

About the role

Reporting into the Business Operations Team Manager, this role has the pivotal purpose of executing the implementation of products and services for all Sales channels including Retail, Fleet and Digital. Our successful Business Operations Executive would be involved in the application and operation of remuneration models for various business strategies. About You
Ideally, you’ll have completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care and are prepared to work towards Level 3 qualification in Adult Care or equivalent, a background in person centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia. What’s essential, though, is your brilliant positive energy and natural ability to get along with people. You’ll know what good record keeping looks like and be able to manage your time effectively. Job Title: Senior Clinical Fellow in ED

Department: Emergency Department

Applications are invited to apply for a Senior Clinical Fellow in Emergency Medicine at Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

The Senior Clinical Fellow in conjunction with the ED consultants and Nurses would be expected to manage the wide variety of acute adult and paediatric emergencies presenting to the department. They would be expected to provide support to junior colleagues.

This is a fixed term post from 05.02.2025 until 06.08.2025

The successful candidate will join the only Emergency Department in the Milton Keynes District which currently serves a population of over 200,000.

We work closely with acute medical colleagues to work in innovative ways to ensure we deliver the best possible outcomes for our patients and have recently opened a new Same Day Emergency Care service which is nationally recognised.

The successful applicant will be expected to participate in teaching both under and postgraduate students associated with the University of Buckingham and will also be expected to support colleagues doing these activities as part of his or her arranged job plan.

The duties of the Senior Clinical Fellow doctor are those of a doctor functioning at the middle grade level within the department. Primary duties include the initial diagnosis, resuscitation and overall clinical management of all patients arriving to the A&E Department. Appropriate follow-up, referral for admission, transfer or discharge to GP’s care is an important part of the work along with liaison with colleagues in the community, i.e., GP’s, Health Visitors, and District Nurse for the proper continuity of care. There is an opportunity to get involved with teaching simulation- including a bimonthly teaching for the SHO’s and Middle grades including multi-disciplinary teaching with other specialties.

It is expected that you will supervise the junior doctors in the department whilst working on the “shop floor”, advising and reviewing their patients as necessary.
