Collaborates with other attorneys in the Legal Division in connection with, and analyzing, structuring, drafting and negotiating documentation for issuances, offers and sales of securities and similar instruments; marketing and sales of other financial instruments; mergers and acquisitions of businesses; securitizations, joint ventures and other structured transactions; secured lending transactions; or transactions involving, options, warrants or other derivatives.

Responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on matters relating to commercial and financial products or transactions.

Serves as a subject matter expert and resource within the FDIC Legal Division in one or more of the following subject matters or practice areas: (i) securities law; (ii) law governing the formation, governance and dissolution of corporations, partnerships, trusts and limited liability companies (including subsidiary entities, securitizations ventures, and securitizations); (iii) real estate law and law relating to the acquisition, finance and sale of real property; (iv) commercial and secured lending law; or (v) general contract law.
