The role of the Senior Occupational Therapist is to provide, develop and deliver a specialised and skilled level of Occupational Therapy intervention to each service within the rotation. Senior People Partner - Medical (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

A unique opportunity has arisen for a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract/Secondment as Senior People Partner supporting our Medical and Dental colleagues. This is an autonomous role working closely with our team of Senior People Partners. You will be part of an innovative and creative People Operations team with a strong reputation, which delivers a highly efficient, proactive, and customer focused service.

The role will require you to build strong and effective relationships across the organisation, including with senior and executive staff members.



The post holder will be the senior accountable HR representative for a Division and portfolio holder for a dedicated Workforce and HR work stream providing strategic HR support ensuring the people perspective is incorporated into business planning and organisational development.

The post holder is responsible for proactively ensuring that they contribute HR and Workforce expertise to business decision making and developing innovative HR solutions.
