Salary: £35,685.08 plus bonus OTE £41,445.08
Hours - 3 week rolling roster across 7 days including weekends
Average summer hours - 47.25
Average winter hours 42.58 (roster to be discussed in detail at interview)
Location - Ravenhead Household Waste Recycling Centre, WA9 5EA

What will you be doing?
- Responsible for the day to day efficient operation of the site
- Assist the Operations Manager in managing a team of operatives.
- Arrange cover for holidays and sickness and check and sign timesheets
- Provide excellent customer service and recycling advice to the public.
- Open and close the site depending on which shift pattern.
- Maintain the site safety, rules and efficient use of available resources.
- Maintain filing systems for audits and produce reports
- Work on various sites across the Merseyside & Halton contract
Training will be provided for CMS level 1, JCB operators and first aid
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience within a similar team leader operational role
- Manual handling experience
- Good Health & Safety knowledge
- Full driving licence
- This role involves manual handling and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
