Are you a naturally empathetic, caring and compassionate Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker in the UK with experience of caring for people with learning disabilities?
Do you want a fulfilling career, where you can make a difference and change lives for the better in a culture of kindness and teamwork? Where you’ll be supported with development opportunities to grow you as a person and in your career?
Join Bradley Apartments as a Team Leader and provide care for people with severe learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that may be seen as challenging; where you’ll support and encourage service users to lead a full and valued life, enabling them to live more independently.
You’ll be great with people – a real ‘people person’, able to communicate effectively – explaining yourself clearly in the right tone to suit the situation and be really good at understanding others (behaviours and expressions, as well as vocal). Having a good sense of humour and resilience, and a willingness to help residents with their personal hygiene are also important.

Team Leaders are also responsible for staff support, supervisions, updating trackers and daily paperwork checks.
You will be working nights on a rolling rota (including weekends). The rota is flexi rolling, there are no mixed shifts. 12 hours night from 8pm to 8.20am.
