The Role

As a Field Research Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a team of full-time researchers capturing data that supports CoStar Group products.  CoStar Group researchers collect data, research, and imagery on assigned commercial properties to capture the features and highlights of each building.  CoStar Group customers rely on our team to offer content that drives real estate transactions.  As a Field Research Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that researchers are always meeting both production and quality standards.  Meeting deadlines for our internal clients is a critical part of your responsibilities.  Working in the field with each of your researchers throughout the month to ensure best practices are implemented and provide coaching and mentoring is required. This role will be based in market.

Responsibilities:

• Build, train, mentor, and coach a growing team of 8-10 professional field researchers.
• Daily review of the team’s production measured against KPI metrics.
• Spend quality time in the field with local and regional team members to demonstrate best practice with data collection, time management and overall efficiency.
• Review incoming data and imagery to determine its quality relative to standards and guidelines.
• Provide constructive and actionable feedback to team members to meet both production and quality expectations.
• Create action plans to help team members grow, succeed, and maintain their engagement.
• Professional and effective communication with employees and internal partners to meet company objectives.
• Frequent travel within your region, and some travel to the Richmond, VA office is required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College
• 3-5 years’ direct operations management of 6+ employees, virtual management a plus
• Leadership and management skills, including the ability to prioritize and control the workload of a team, coaching, and mentoring through professional development.
• Experience with creating and managing effective KPIs, along with meeting performance metrics and being results-oriented.

• Ability to work in a collaborative setting.
• Success in building strong, cohesive teams by leading and motivating towards action/execution through influence and collaboration.
• Ability to articulate and execute corporate strategy, well-communicated with the ability to influence.
• Experience and demonstrated proficiency with Excel that includes the ability to manipulate data, filter, and develop basic formulas.
• Creative problem solving, attention to detail, objectivity, and the ability to think strategically.
• Analytical approach with the ability to interpret information and trends, adapting quickly.
• Ability to interact at all levels and establish rapport with internal stakeholders.

• Proficiency with MS Office applications including PowerPoint, along with Apple OS and other Internet applications.

GENERAL OVERVIEW:

Manages the radiation oncology's site daily operations including all clinical and non-clinical activities pertaining to staff and patients. Provides operational and financial oversight to the assigned network radiation oncology site(s) which can include hospital and/or physician practice(s). Is responsible for improving the radiation oncology's site patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and productivity while providing cost savings and enhancing services.                                     

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assesses and identify opportunities for improvement in the areas of operational and process improvement, including patient access, care alignment, patient satisfaction, and maximizing revenue. Identifies barriers and implements corrective action measures to ensure positive outcomes for the assigned radiation oncology site(s). (20%)
• Develops, plans, and budgets on a strategic, tactical, and operational level for assigned radiation oncology site(s). (20%)
• Supervises staff, resolves problems, and implements approved disciplinary action. Interviews, hires, trains, and conducts performance evaluations for staff assigned radiation oncology site(s). (20%)
• Manages and monitors key financial and revenue cycle metrics, including staff hours, resource allocation, expense budget, patient volumes, and the revenue cycle process for the assigned radiation oncology site. (15%)
• Manages all phases of onboarding and exit processes for the assigned radiation oncology site including providing support to new employees and physicians, establishing processes, and site preparation. (5%)
• Manages all phases of exit process for the site including medical records processing, site breakdown, and staff assignments. (5%)
• Trains new managers and employees at newly opened sites in policies and procedures. Provides ongoing guidance and support to all employees work at the assigned radiation oncology site. (5%)
• Works constructively with all designated physicians, leadership, and health professionals to accomplish organization goals. (5%)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree
• 3 - 5 years’ experience as a Registered Technologist in Radiation Therapy with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• Radiation Therapy Certification and Registration - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)

JOB SUMMARY

***This is a hybrid position that would require you to be onsite up to 3 days a week at either our Camp Hill, PA or Pittsburgh, PA locations.

This job is responsible for managing the execution of a comprehensive internal audit  program for Highmark Health and its subsidiaries and affiliates.  This includes conducting audits and internal control assessments in a manner in which all relevant risks are assessed in an efficient manner to determine completeness, accuracy, validity, and restricted access and/or effectiveness of the control environment. The Internal Audit department is dedicated to providing objective assurance and consultation designed to add value and improve enterprise-wide operations and support compliance.  Internal Audit helps the organization to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes by providing insight and recommendations based on analyses and assessments of data and business process.  The scope of audit and advisory engagements is broad, and includes the efficiency of operations, the reliability of financial reporting, deterring and investigating fraud, safeguarding assets, and compliance with laws and regulations, including but not limited to, control design and testing in support of compliance requirements.  Audit and advisory projects often address management requests and consultation to provide comfort over identified risks, new business processes, strategic initiatives and vendor reviews.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.  Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.

• Audit & Advisory Engagement & Issue Management - Provide leadership role and collaborates with the Director and other members of the team, including business owners to plan and execute audit and advisory engagements in an efficient and effective manner. Through completion of engagements, demonstrates and applies a thorough understanding of complex financial and operational processes and/or complex information systems at the enterprise. Executes audits in accordance with standards defined by the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.

• Audit & Advisory Engagement Planning - Interact and maintain productive business relationships with business leaders and individual contributors at all levels.  Collaborates  business partners and staff on solutions to support effective and efficient execution of audit and advisory engagements. Be a valued business partner worthy of providing feedback and consultation related to existing or emerging internal controls, compliance matters, and audit findings. 

• Manages and maintains a risk based Internal Audit & Advisory Services Plan which is  flexible, agile and connected to newly emerging risks changing business needs. This includes developing, deploying and communicating necessary staffing needs.

• Audit & Advisory Reporting and Monitoring - Accountable for managing and monitoring the completion of remediation efforts and manages timely follow-up audits as necessary.

• Partnership & Communication - Interacts and maintains productive business relationships with business leaders and individual contributors at all levels. effective and efficient execution of audit and advisory engagements.  

• Seeks out opportunities to create innovative, efficient and value added audit procedures through the use of tools supporting enhanced data analytics and robotic process automation.

• Ensures synergy with other Enterprise Risk and Governance Department efforts to facilitate appropriate communication, and leverage work performed where practical and possible.

JOB SUMMARY

This job assures that members with complex medical and/or psychosocial needs have access to high quality, cost-effective health care. Follows established regulatory guidelines, policies, and procedures in relation to member interventions and documentation of activities related to the member’s care and progress across the continuum of care. Facilitates and/or participates in interdisciplinary and/or interagency meetings, when necessary, to facilitate coordination of services/resources for members.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate effectively while performing customer telephonic interviewing and communication with external contacts.
• Communicate effectively while interacting with Case Management Specialists, Management Team, Physician Advisors and other interdepartmental contacts.
• Maintain knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Diagnostic Categories/Disease States
• Educate members in order to enhance member understanding of illness/disease impact and to positively impact member care plan adherence, pharmacy regimen maintenance, and health outcomes.
• Collaborate with Primary Care Physicians, Medical Specialists, Home Health and other ancillary healthcare providers with the goal being to coordinate member care.
• Collect member medical information from a variety of sources including providers and internal records and use appropriate clinical judgment, consultation with internal Physician Advisors and other internal cross-departmental consultation to determine unmet member needs.
• Work primarily independently to identify, define, and resolve a myriad of problem types experienced by the member.
• Develop an individualized plan of care designed to meet the specific needs of each member.
• Anticipate the needs of members by continually assessing and monitoring the member’s progress toward goals, care plan status, and re-adjust goals when indicated.
• Maintain a working knowledge of available resources for addressing identified member needs and to facilitate proactive and efficient provision of services. 
• Be knowledgeable of and consider benefit design and cost benefit analysis when planning a course of intervention in order to develop a realistic plan of care.
• Communicate and collaborate with other payers (when applicable) to create a collaborative approach to care management and benefit coordination.
• Maintain a working knowledge of available community resources available to assist members.
• Coordinate with community organizations/agencies for the purpose of identifying additional resources for which the MCO is not responsible.

• Experience working with high-risk pregnant women OR experience working with chronic condition adult populations OR experience with pediatrics

The Group Medical Underwriting Manager will generally be responsible for managing the daily operations of a group medical underwriting team. They will support the underwriting operations of products that include life, disability, and supplemental health. • Run the day-to-day operation of a medical underwriting team

Position Overview:

This position will deliver sustainable OEE improvements by implementing LSS and Amcor’s approach to continuous improvement, known as the Amcor Manufacturing System (AMS). Success will be measured in terms of hard dollar impact to the site P&L from Continuous Improvement activities.  In addition to a “can-do” attitude, this role requires leadership and change management skills, problem solving, technology expertise, project management discipline and extensive experience in operational excellence and process improvement.  The position will lead, train, coach, inspire and mentor individuals throughout the facility  using the AMS methodology.  Additionally, this position may support future LSSGB and LSSBB training waves as required across ARPNA (Amcor Rigid Plastics North America) in helping ARP become a true LSS organization.

JOB SUMMARY

This job defines the product’s fundamental value proposition, outlines vision and execution plan, gains alignment and support from key strategic partners and stakeholders, and oversees execution of that vision.  This incumbent will attend spring/milestone reviews with the Delivery team.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand the department's and the company's strategic roadmap and competitive position, and develops a holistic product vision and the corresponding product strategy to drive maximum value. Clearly set and communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences, from product team to executive levels.
• Actively anticipates future needs and utilizes metrics and qualitative input to identify asset improvement opportunities.
• Represent the product in all governance meetings.

• Maintains both FTE and Goods/Services within established budget, completes variance reports according to established guidelines.
• Utilizes established tools to monitor monthly budget performance, conducting drill down to explain variances as needed.

• Reports budget performance at monthly unit conferences.

PROFESSIONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT: Fosters the development of staff through coaching, mentoring, and creating an environment which encourages learning and use of research.

• Assures appropriate orientation, education, credentialing, and professional development for personnel.
• Encourages and facilitates staff membership on research committee, clinical practice councils.
• Encourage and facilitate attendance at nursing grand rounds.
• Foster peer review.
• Set developmental goals with staff member at yearly evaluation.

GENERAL OVERVIEW:

The Social Work Case Manager in Care Management is a professional clinician that utilizes principles of care coordination to support patients and their families/caregivers.  The incumbent collaborates with the interdisciplinary team of providers, clinicians, health plans, and external partners while advocating for patients and families/caregivers to coordinate care across the continuum.  The incumbent is an integral member of the Care Management team that works to improve the quality of care, patient experience, and the health of populations and individuals by focusing on the social determinants of health impacting wellness. 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contributes to and/or completes initial and ongoing comprehensive assessment.  Provides interventions and implements recommendations after engaging patients and their caregivers/families.  Focuses on the individual's risk related to social determinants of health to assure successful coordination of care across the continuum. (30%)
• Collaborates to provide the safest transition plan for assigned patients (Inpatient/Observation/ED) in order to ensure a timely discharge and provide appropriate connection with post-discharge care providers and community based resources. (25%)
• Educates patient, family/caregiver and physician regarding most appropriate level of care post discharge and how to access community support.  Advocates for the patient, family/caregiver through effectively communicating with interdisciplinary team members, payers and post acute partners to assure the safest transition. (20%)
• Serves as a resource to provide counseling and intervention related to treatment decisions and end-of-life issues.  Drives collaborative conversations to establish goals of care.  Provides crisis interventions in cases involving Child Abuse and Neglect, Domestic Violence, Adult and Older Adult Abuse, Institutional Abuse Sexual Assault, Mental Health Disorders, Substance Use Disorders, and Identification of a Surrogate Decision Maker/Guardianship. (15%)
• Promotes individual professional growth and development through certification, mentoring/precepting, and/or participation on department/hospital/system committees. (5%)
• Supports Department based goals that contribute to the success of the organization. (5%)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum

• Master's degree in Social Work (Obtain within 6 months of hire)
• Experience in a hospital or health care setting
• LSW required within 1 year of hire.  Incumbents in the role on or before 12/31/2022 have until 12/31/2023 to obtain.
