I am working with an established, growing Social Housing Contractor who specialise within decarbonisation/energy efficiency works and are a leading specialist within their field.

This is working on a project in the Reading area, and the project will consist of the installation of EWI, Air Source Heat Pumps, IWI, re-roofing and windows and doors installation to tenanted properties.

It is essential to have experience managing EWI projects for this role.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for running the site, with occasional visits from the Contracts Manager. Your duties will be:

Young people referred to CIOT require more input than locality CAMHS services are able to provide because of the level of risk they are presenting with. CIOTs aim is to offer a short term crises intervention to try and prevent further escalations in risk, offer a period of stabilisation to the young person and their network and prevent a Tier 4 admission. CIOT will also support young people and families and their locality teams with step downs from tier 4 units when there is capacity within the team to do so and if clinically appropriate. We will aim to offer in-reach work alongside locality to maintain relationships with young people and assist with care plans at the point of discharge. CAMHS 24/7 Emergency Response Line CIOT manage the CAMHS element of the AWP 24/7 response line that was set up in April 2020 as part of the national strategy to prevent ED admissions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
