Main duties:

Job Details

• Responsible for ensuring both accidental damage and third-party bike claims processes drive positive customer outcomes and consider customers impact, which is at the heart of all business change
  
• Driving data-led performance improvement opportunities working across the business and external suppliers to prioritise, secure resource and delivery outcomes
  
• Developing and maintaining effectively relationships with key stakeholders across the business to help influence and shape existing and future product growth and pricing strategies
  
• Role modelling great customer outcomes across the business and advocating change and improvements where appropriate
  
• Managing risk and business continuity with the business area, developing appropriate strategies to mitigate threats
  
• Providing significant input into the business planning for cost control, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  
  
  

Skills we would love you to have

• Strong commercial aptitude and analytical capability with the ability to translate complex data and concepts into a logical, structures fashion and able to articulate these concepts clearly and effectively
  
• Experience of successfully leading and implementing transformational change within complex and highly regulated organisations
  
• A passion and in-depth understanding within the bike field is desirable but we're open to wider claims/commercial experience
