In addition to carrying out clerical duties and providing administrative support and data management/collection you will oversee the day to day operations of the Administrative team within the Health Visiting Service whose key role is to ensure the timely booking of client appointments. The Medical and Emergency Care division are seeking a tenacious team leader to join the Medical Rostering and Recruitment team. Primarily you will supervise and support our team of coordinators to ensure our rosters are delivered and executed in a cost-effective way that does not compromise on quality or safety.

Alongside this, you will work with the Deputy General Manager to monitor and evaluate all areas of performance, strategically plan for additional demands and help deliver quality improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, responsive to our dynamic environment and able to maintain a kind and compassionate demeanour under pressure.

To lead the operational day to day running of the Rota Team including the design and implementation of systems and processes to achieve this, in particular:

To oversee the team of Lead Rota Coordinators who monitor and co-ordinate medical and nursing rotas across the Division.

To act as the escalation point for issues regarding Resident Doctor/Nurse rostering (e.g. sickness absence reporting, annual leave, study leave, shift swaps, locum cover).

Conduct back to work interviews, maternity risk assessments etc. with Resident Doctors and Nurses where required.

Work with the Management Team to ensure achievement of agreed savings targets (CIPS) in the financial year in collaboration with the Directorate Finance manager.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust, Estates Capital Developments team. We are looking to appoint an individual who can demonstrate excellent day to day leadership and communications skills with a previous track record of successfully delivering a high standard of service provision and budgetary control.

This role reports to the Associate Director Capital Developments and contributes to the strategic planning of the Estates service for Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. The successful candidate will plan, organise and develop Capital Developments within our Hospital.

The Senior Project Manager is a key role for the Trust, supporting the Associate Director of Capital Development in the delivery of the Trusts Capital Plan and Estates compliance.

The post includes the delivery of Capital schemes for all building and engineering matters associated with the Trust and with values from >£5k upwards to £20m. All such schemes will be implemented to agreed costs, timescales, and the required quality standards in order to deliver a modern efficient and sustainable Estates portfolio, which is compliant with all Estates and Facilities related Regulations, and to enable the ongoing and effective delivery of patient care.

The post holder will competently manage the provision of Building Improvement schemes through construction and engineering contractors and external specialist consultants and surveyors, to meet the requirements of the Trust Estates and Service strategies and the associated Capital and major revenue projects.

A good knowledge of patient access policies and PTL is necessary to fulfil this post with a good understanding of wider NHS relationships between GPs and the Acute NHS providers.

You should be self-motivated and be able to demonstrate good communication and organisational skills, along with a flexible approach to duties. You will need to be able to work unsupervised and be able to work to tight deadlines. The applicant should be able to demonstrate an interest to learn new skills. What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a full-time enthusiastic and dynamic Head of Geography to lead a dedicated team of staff who will inspire young people in the subject. Candidates need to have a passion for the subject, have at least three years teaching experience and should hold a good honours degree and be capable of high quality and enthusiastic teaching to A Level.
