About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Environmental Services Manager to lead our Environmental Services Department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring strict hygiene, infection control, and OH&S standards while effectively managing human and financial resources to deliver high-quality outcomes and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee operational management of Environmental Services, including housekeeping, hygiene, linen, and patient transport.
Maintain hospital cleanliness across all areas, including patient rooms, theatres, and public spaces.
Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and retention to ensure optimal staffing levels.
Ensure compliance with infection control procedures and regulatory requirements.
Lead a team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and forward-thinking culture in line with Ramsay Health Cares values.
Monitor and manage linen usage and equipment needs within budget targets.
