Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations for multiple regions.
2. Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations.
3. Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts.
4. Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
5. Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory data.
6. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
7. Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
8. Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
9. Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to optimize inbound and outbound transportation logistics.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a multinational company.
• Proven track record of success in managing warehouse operations and leading teams across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment and adapt to changing priorities.
