Full-time - 37 hours per week - Weekdays and alternate weekends required

As a Chef Manager you will be responsible for:

Providing homely meals for our residents, meeting a diverse range of dietary requirements.
Planning staff rotas which are appropriate for the kitchen workload and arrange cover for planned absences, using existing and casual staff.
Organising every aspect of the catering operation within the home to provide a safe, nutritious, cost effective quality service to all customers.
Ensuring all statutory training takes place.
Ensuring regular stock takes occur and that stock is maintained at minimum agreed levels.
Communicating with all customers on a regular basis, whenever possible.
Managing the catering budget and producing financial information relating to performance against the budget on a monthly basis.

Reporting to a Project Manager, you will be responsible from substructures through to interior fit out to handover. Responsible for managing a full site team, chairing subcontractor meetings, progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality.
