Your new role

The Education Director will provide visionary and strategic leadership of Trust wide Education, Training and Learning across the Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHC). This will include the development, implementation and operationalisation of a BCHC Education Strategy which will serve the needs of the whole workforce and pre and post registration students, Advanced Practice and supports new ways of working and models of care in the community.
