We are looking for an experienced operational leader with a comprehensive understanding of our Adult Care Services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational leadership of the Trust’s Patient flow and so an ability to work effectively in partnership with the MDT other divisional colleagues is essential.

• To support the Divisional Director of Operations (DDO) deliver the agreed business and service objectives of the Division by leading operational delivery through the business units.
• The Deputy DDO is a member of senior management team, informing and contributing to the decisions regarding business and clinical priorities by reference to the impact on financial and operational delivery.
• In doing so, to act as a member of the clinical and managerial triumvirate to support the DDO discharge an executive lead for the Division which ensures safe, efficient and effective patient services are consistently delivered.
• The Deputy DDO will work through the Business Managers to develop and implement performance and financial management strategies which are consistent with the Trust's drive for business efficiency, valuing our staff and providing best patient care.
• The Deputy DDO will be responsible for developing and ensuring delivery of operational plans, including eliminating wasteful activities which support reinvestment in services that reflect the Trust’s agreed priorities and objectives.
