THE ROLE:

The SEMI Foundation is seeking an experienced Program Director, Global Workforce Development with excellent leadership, organizational and communications skills to work with Foundation leadership to conceive, support, organize, promote, and implement effective workforce development initiatives across SEMI’s global Asia-Pacific regions. We are looking for a seasoned professional who has a keen understanding of workforce development in the semiconductor industry, particularly in Taiwan, Korea, Japan, China, Southeast Asia, and India and who is eager to contribute to both building programs and shifting an industry toward more inclusive and equitable hiring and retention. The Director will be responsible for coordinating strategies, partnerships and programs that: identify and facilitate the awarding of public and private funding for workforce development; expand and strengthen industry image and awareness initiatives; support and expand training programs; and support SEMI member companies in their efforts to attract, hire, train, and retain a larger and more diverse workforce.

The Director will grow and oversee a portfolio of regionally based workforce development partnerships and networks that support training and career awareness programs, coordinating programmatic activities with employers and partners. This person will work with the Foundation team in designing and realizing broader strategic goals, such as incubating pilot programs, identifying synergies among programs and regions, and building the SEMI Foundation’s capacity to serve and support workers and employers worldwide.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for Operational Excellence through Owner, Tenant and Member (collectively “Residents”) communication and engagement, problem resolution and timely follow up. Interfaces with Residents, Guests, hotel operations, hotel ownership representatives, third-party financial providers and internal and external legal counsel. Job Description

The Business Development Director leads all business development efforts within the organisation, including the development and implementation of business development strategies and activities.

He/She spearheads business growth through expanding current businesses and exploring new markets and opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Independently build a client base of High Net-worth Individuals, Family offices, Institutional funds

- Lead a team of client advisors to increase the AUM of Reed Capital Partners. Lead sales and client-relationship management.

- Provide independent, sound advice and solutions to clients with the strong support of Reed Capital Partners and its partners

Job Overview: The Director of Presales for GPU Cloud will lead the presales function, delivering expert technical guidance and support to sales teams and prospective customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring smooth transitions from prospecting to closing. The role requires close collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Strategy
   • Set strategic goals for the presales team, aligning with overall sales and business objectives.
   • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop presales strategies.
2. Customer Engagement & Solutions
   • Engage with prospective clients to understand their technical needs and business goals.
   • Design and present customized solutions and technical demonstrations.
3. Sales Support & Collaboration
   • Partner with sales teams to develop account strategies and qualify leads.
   • Provide technical training and support to sales teams.
4. Market & Product Insights
   • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.
   • Provide feedback to product teams and influence product development.
5. Metrics & Optimization
   • Track presales activities and refine processes for improved efficiency.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 10-15 years in presales/technical sales, ideally in GPU Cloud or related industries.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of GPU Cloud technologies and cloud infrastructure.
• Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

This is a 'coach-player' role, accountable for leading and implementing the channel strategy to achieve growth across Zscaler's Greater Asia territory. You will report to the Vice President of Channels APJ, and success will be achieved through overachieving on the regional channel plan to achieve accelerated growth. You will lead the local channel team with ongoing coaching, peering with the Sales Area VP and Regional Sales Directors to promote and implement the go-to-market strategy.

As an experienced Partner Sales Director you'll be responsible for:

• You will implement cross functional sales-oriented activities with marketing (field and digital), sales, PG days, CxO events, and delivering Partner Enablement
• You will maintain and implement process, criteria, and controls for selection, management, and performance of alliance and channel partners including regular reviews of contractual obligations with partners and compliance with Zscaler policies, procedures, and ethical standards
• You will promote the development of new GTM opportunities through intelligent mapping of partner RTM, capabilities and end customer desired outcomes
• You will work with Zscaler sales executives to influence external partners in driving strategic customer outcomes ie. Partner interlocks, teaming and strategic pursuits
• As the Regional Leader for Zscaler's channel and alliances GTM across all routes to market for the Territory, you will demonstrate the skills, vision and capacity to understand and contribute to the APJ plan.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 5+ years experience leading a regional team with demonstrated growth results
• 3 or more years of experience overachieving in a high growth SaaS company
• Intimate knowledge of the partner environment across ASEAN+GCR with high trust relationships at the C-suite and Knowledge of the cyber landscape and use cases with local executive contacts across the regional partner portfolio
• Influence and steer mindset shift from legacy to cloud, old ways to new ways, from fixed to growth

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 2+ years selling cyber security solutions with business level technical background in networking, cyber and cloud solutions and prior experience with network transformation technologies or history working in early-stage technology startups
• 5+ years Experience with deep existing relationships across Global Service Integrators, Service Providers or born in the cloud partners or 3 or more years of experience working with Alliances partners with delivered profitable GTM success
