RPS is looking for an Associate Director to join our Built Heritage Team. This is a rare opportunity for a consultant to take on and develop an existing client base. We are looking to recruit an Associate Director. but would also consider appointing at Director level for the right candidate. The position will be nominally based in our London office but, following our adoption of agile working practices we will consider candidates based across the country (who could instead work from our Newark, Gloucester, Abingdon or Edinburgh offices). The successful candidate is likely to need to attend the office at least one day per week.

The primary focus of the role of the Cluster Director of Sales is to drive incremental revenue into the assigned hotels in line with budget and future strategy. With a focus on delivering new lucrative business opportunities that drive revenue and rate, and to build effective relationships with existing accounts to drive volume. The role will also focus on revenue growth of the M&E and group business segments from a combination of new, existing and agency relationships, across all hotels within the Clermont Hotel portfolio. The secondary focus of the role will be to lead the team of Sales Managers and Sales Executives, with a focus on induction, training, mentoring & measurement of these individuals. The Cluster Director of Sales will ensure delivery of financial targets and business objectives across the hotel. With over 5000 bedrooms in London, this individual also needs to be identifying opportunities across the whole group of hotels, ensuring a cross-selling mentality is adopted across all relevant departments and areas of responsibility.

The Chief Nursing Officer for England (CNO) is recruiting to two key posts within his senior management team. The Deputy Chief Nursing Officers will be highly credible senior nurse leaders, with extensive executive-level experience in provider and / or system leadership roles, with expertise in strategic policy development and implementation, quality and productivity improvement and nursing workforce development. The DCNOs will work as part of the senior professional nursing and midwifery team and will lead on portfolio areas on behalf of the Chief Nursing Officer. To be able, without supervision, perform and analyse all sleep diagnostic tests e.g -Full Polysomnography (PSG), MSLT and MWT tests. To lead in teaching/training of junior staff and manage students undertaking the STP, PTP and other National School of Healthcare Science apprenticeships. To be ablewithout supervision, set up and troubleshoot adult patients on CPAP, Noninvasive ventilation (NIV) and Tracheostomy invasive ventilation (TIV). To be able to setup all home sleep diagnostic tests e.g - Respiratory polygraphy (+/- LMs), Home 02/C02, with a patient and follow up with a video call to facilitate the patient setting up the kit for an overnight test at home. To be able to proficiently use and provide telemonitoring services currently in use amongst our CPAP/NIV patients To assist in liaising with the incumbent service and maintenance contractors (currently Baywater) to resolve any day-to-day issues or problems related to Ventilator patients To actively assist in the management of junior staff including developmental needs, training, performance appraisals, the recruitment and selection of new staff to the Sleep & Ventilation department. To deputise for the Band 8a Lead in their absence. To perform sleep studies when required in the intensive care unit and wards.
