About the service: Mid-Size Service: Close to capacity with less than 60 places, organised into 3 distinct rooms. Utilises Storypark, XAP, and Teams for effective communication and documentation. Strong presence in the community with an approved NFP community-based organization. Ample parking available; adjacent to shops for easy access to lunch or breaks. External nightly cleaning service and excellent indoor/outdoor play spaces for children. Two hours of non-contact time provided weekly for all educators to ensure a relaxed work environment and reduce administrative pressures. !! *Pending qualifications and experience, this will vary what the end package will look like - but get in touch. !! About you: Ideal candidate has a Bachelor level qualification that is ACECQA approved. May consider Diploma for the right candidate. No COVID vaccination requirements. Understanding of the NQF and other areas required (food standards, WHS, child protection, and so on). CHCPRT001/025 Identify and respond to children and young people at risk - Accredited Child Protection or willingness to obtain (1-day training). HLTAID004/012 Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting or willingness to obtain (1-day training).
