You will be expected to cover lessons for the day to cover staff absence, and if you make a great impression, this can open up long-term basis opportunities through supply if the schools are in need of long term support.
The ideal candidate would have gained there QTS and hold experience already as a Teacher since gaining QTS qualification. They would've completed their induction year and able to evidence quality teaching towards EYFS - KS2 pupils.
