Nutritional product training:

• 處理發票、費用報告和付款請求。

• 協助安排面試及相關事宜
• 協助員工完成每月薪資發放任務

行政支援：

• 根據需要向財務/人力資源/管理團隊提供行政支援。
• 處理與財務、人力資源和行政相關的信函任務。

資格

經驗與背景：

• 會計和/或金融文憑或同等學歷
• 擁有 1-2 年會計主管/文員或類似職位的經驗。 （鼓勵應屆畢業生申請）
• 華裔女性候選人優先
• 熟練 MS Office，特別是 Excel。
• 使用會計軟體（例如 Autocount/MYOB/UBS）經驗者優先。
• 非常注重細節和準確性。
• 優秀的組織和時間管理能力。
