What will you be doing?

  • Love Football. Protect The Game - The cross-football behavioural campaign which aims to address unacceptable conduct on the pitch, on the side-lines and in the stands across both the grassroots and professional game.
  • The England Football Family - A volunteer brand platform championing the volunteering community and acts as a symbol of investment, support and recognition for their work.
  • Let Girls Play - Launched in October 2021 to support The FA's strategic ambition to provide girls with equal opportunities to football in schools. The campaign has seen huge success with a pledge from the Government on providing equal opportunities and record numbers for the Biggest Ever Football Sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign planning and activation:
  • Support the development and implementation of fully integrated campaigns across PR, communications and marketing
  • Draft campaign assets including press releases, media notices, PR and engagement plans
  • Develop campaign creative and supporting assets for earned media, with a strategic focus on aligning with earned and paid channels
  • Lead on one-off seasonal campaign activations where necessary

This administration role is aimed at current band 3 booking coordinator looking for career progression and additional admin responsibilities. The post will suit a well organised, hardworking, efficient, and enthusiastic person, who will be responsible for the running of the appointment booking system, reception duties, answering telephone inquiries and liaising with clinical staff at all levels.

• To provide a comprehensive administration, booking and appointment service for non-invasive Cardiac Physiology and ensure compliance with waiting time targets.
• To provide reception cover if required to the pacing clinic.
• To provide an excellent service to patients, their relatives and careers.



Main tasks and responsibilities


• Provides support to Cardiology Department Participates in quality control and technical audits.


• Maintains a high standard of clinical practice.


• Ensures that all patients, their relatives and visitors are acknowledged in an appropriate and friendly manner at all times.

• Ensures adequate documentation of all patient records. Reviews technical reports following patient investigations, prior to their release to other hospitals, GP’s, consultants.

An opportunity has arisen for an Orthopaedic Optimisation Project Lead Fixed at Guys and St Thomas’ NHS Trust.

We have funding for an exciting new project which will manage Orthopaedic referrals for the South-east of London. The APP team in the integrated musculoskeletal Service will work together on this project andan opening has arisen within the team to participate in and supportthis exciting initiative whilst maintain clinical waiting times and meeting of activity targets.

The role provides leadership in expanding FCP clinics in primary care, working in MCATTs clinics in the Trust and as a clinical specialist in the Guys and St Thomas’ musculoskeletal outpatient department.

Musculoskeletal physiotherapy offers services on both acute sites (Guys and St Thomas’), in community at Pulross Intermediate Care Centre and Gracefield Gardens, at GP practices as part of the First Contact Practitioner (FCP) provision and, at local gyms in the Lambeth and Southwark Boroughs
• Provides an advanced level of clinical practice exercising autonomy of decision making in a context of complexity, uncertainty and varying levels of risk, holding accountability for their decisions.

The Gastrointestinal Medicine and Surgery research team delivers studies across the multidisciplinary gastrointestinal department. The team is made up of Principal Investigators and Sub-investigators, Research Nurses and Clinical Research Practitioners who work together to deliver studies to high standards across both Guy’s and St Thomas’ hospital sites.

Clinical and Communication Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer care skills to ensure patients and participants come first.
• Work within relevant regulations and ICH GCP (International Conference on Harmonisation and Good Clinical Practice) ensuring that the clinical trial protocol is adhered to at all times.
• Lead on a portfolio of trials and coordinate participation. Guy's ACU provides assisted conception, diagnostic, PGT and fertility preservation services. Founded in 1991, Guy’s ACU is one of the UK's largest assisted conception clinics offering both NHS and self-funded fertility care. Our state of the art laboratory utilises time-lapse incubator technology and the best equipment to allow us to deliver optimal care. We operate a seven day service caring for patients who are undergoing funded treatment and attract both national and international self-referrals. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated HCPC registered Embryologist to join our team. Guy's ACU Embryology requires high calibre, focused individuals to join the team and support our expanding OTC service. You will undertake all routine andrology and embryology procedures as well as support the training of new laboratory team members. There will be the opportunity to complete further training to undertake embryo biopsy for the largest PGT programme in the UK. In addition to this we require scientists with clinical experience in ovarian tissue cryopreservation and HTA regulations to support Guy's OTC programme. You will also perform a range of administrative, diagnostic and support activities that are critical in delivering a high quality service and helping our patients achieve their dreams of a family. (This a fixed term maternity cover, with potential to extend, if service demands require).

The successful candidate will work closely with the embryology, OTC and wider ACU teams to undertake a range of activities that support Guy's ACU and enable us to provide assisted conception, diagnostic testing, PGT-m and PGT-sr, fertility preservation and support the OTC programme.
