Where assigned to a particular sheltered housing scheme, to take the lead in facilitating the design and organisation of social, health and well-being services at that scheme – encouraging residents to shape and develop these services themselves. Ensure that opportunities exist for consultation and that regular scheme meetings are held.
Advise customers on the availability of local statutory, private and voluntary services and organisations and on their rights to services. Act as an advocate where appropriate. Contact services on the user’s behalf or help them to do this for themselves. Help users to obtain and fill in any forms where necessary.
Where required participate in case conferences with other agencies and make referrals/liaise with other agencies/GPs and/or family members.
Maintain an awareness in relevant specialist areas of knowledge (e.g. dementia) as identified by the Support Team Leader.
Ensure the excellent reputation of the Council is built and maintained with all customers and internal and external partners.



Qualifications:

Educated to GCSE Standard (or equivalent), including passes in English and Maths.



Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
Good knowledge of assistive technology support solutions.
Knowledge and understanding of both physical and mental health related problems and the diverse needs of elderly and vulnerable customers.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).

A day in the life of…

• This role will see you take the lead when it comes to digital client relationship management. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their needs are met both internally and externally. You’ll build strong relationships with our clients as the subject matter expert and go-to for all things digital marketing
• You’ll be responsible for managing our Birmingham based team of digital marketing experts, driving performance, individual development and delegating tasks based on their expertise and workload.
• You will have complete oversight of brief development ensuring briefs accurately reflect client objectives and are delivered in a timely manner to the highest standards.
• Driving performance with performance tracking is an integral part of the role, with you Monitoring and analysing the performance of digital services and providing reporting to senior management.
• With one eye on process improvement at all times, you’ll continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and collaborate with the wider Aimbridge team to implement new workflows.

What do we need from you?

• We’re looking for extensive experience managing client relationships and team workflows, Applicants with agency account management experience would be strongly encouraged to apply
• You’ll have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels like SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members. Additional skills like experience in hospitality, website development, and knowledge of digital marketing tools are desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Managing calls on system
• Managing operatives diaries
• General administration
• Planning repairs and maintenance requests to the relevant operative
• Ensure trade skill sets and location parameters are working effectively
• Liaising with operatives, tenants, and the Client
• Document Control - Ensure worksheets are received and checked
• Work towards individual and client KPI's
• Deal with council and private housing contracts, planning and scheduling routine, essential and emergency property maintenance works
• Tracking and monitoring to completion
• Liaison with in-house and 3rd party engineers and tradesmen and council operatives to plan appointments, materials and logistics and reorganising of schedules
• Organisation of external supply companies
• Ensuring all trades are readied and present on-site and works completed in-line with committed client completion dates
• Be able to work in a fast-paced demanding role with constant collaboration with key stakeholders, clients, councils, housing agents, suppliers, and trades
