Candidates with a CCT or CESR in General medicine are encouraged to apply. Clinical
• To Diagnose and treat a wide spectrum of clinical problems, ranging from the acutely ill young person to the elderly patients with multiple complex co morbidities.
• To look after patients that do not fall into the remit of a specific medical speciality or are deemed to have complex medical problems involving multiple symptoms and co morbidities.
• To provide continued care both in the inpatient and outpatient setting for this patient group. The Internal Medicine physician would both direct treatment of such patients and the orchestrate specialist care where needed.

• Supporting a complex patient MDT.
• Support our links into community care including supporting virtual ward environments.
• Supervision of Higher Specialty Trainees in Internal Medicine, IMT stage 0ne trainees and Clinical fellows working towards CESR in GIM. Formal Education and Clinical Supervisor roles available with suitable training.

The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust (SaTH) is the main provider of acute hospital services for around half a million people in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and mid Wales.
Our main service locations are the Princess Royal Hospital (PRH) in Telford and the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital (RSH) in Shrewsbury which are located 20 minutes’ drive apart. Together they provide 99% of our activity. Both hospitals provide a wide range of acute hospital services including accident & emergency, outpatients, diagnostics, inpatient medical care and critical care.
We employ almost 6,000 staff, and hundreds of staff and students from other organisations also work in our hospitals. We benefit from around 1,000 wonderful volunteers, and our main charitable partners are the League of Friends at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, Friends of the Princess Royal Hospital, and the Lingen Davies Cancer Appeal which is based at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
Plans have been given the go ahead to transform local hospital services for the half a million residents of Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and mid Wales to make sure two vibrant hospitals and the wide range of services they provide for people locally are kept in the county. This landmark decision will result in better care for patients, secure the £312m on offer from HM Treasury and develop both hospital sites to deliver state of the art facilities in which staff will be proud to work and patients will choose to be treated

A formal job plan will be agreed between the successful candidate and their Clinical Director and consultant colleagues, on behalf of the Medical Director within 3 months of starting in post. A full-time job plan is based on a 10 PA working week. The job plan will be reviewed annually and is a prospective agreement that sets out the consultant's duties, responsibilities, and objectives for the coming year. It covers all aspects of a consultant’s professional practice including clinical work, teaching, research, education and managerial responsibilities. It will provide a clear schedule of commitments, both internal and external and will include personal objectives, detailing links to wider service improvements and trust strategic priorities.

For a full-time contract, the job plan will be divided on average per week (pro-rata for a part time post) as:

· 7.5 Programmed Activities (PAs) of Direct Clinical Care - includes clinical activity, clinically related activity and predictable and unpredictable emergency work.

· 2.5 Supporting Professional Activities (SPAs) - includes CPD, audit, teaching and research.

The allocation of PAs is reviewed and may be subject to adjustment when a further diary exercise is undertaken or if the service demands a review of the team job plan.

The work - QA Lead

This is a technical role requiring a Test Management and Quality Assurance skill set and sits within the Engineering community. We are looking for an individual to join the technical leadership function with the Core Systems and Transformation Delivery Centre within the client MU. You will have had experience of hands on testing and test management.

• This role is a leadership role within the test community and is focused on Governance of testing within the DC, assuring quality of testing going forward and providing Technical Leadership and Test Management across multiple deliveries and technologies.
• The role requires interaction both with customers and other third-party solution providers to co-ordinate testing with our teams. The role requires current active test analysis skills in addition to a strategic view of how to deliver the testing.
• Participate in project Inception, Elaboration and Discovery phases within the Agile to understand and deliver the testing into the delivery teams.
• Self-managing, good time management, responsibility to provide cover across multiple services and projects
• Monitor Bugs and other test metrics and report on test progress as required.

The work - QA Specialist

• Designing and implementing test solutions and the automation to support these, often from scratch, by applying best practice approaches

JOB SUMMARY This role is an amalgam of the CCC co-ordinator and Call handling role, therefore the duties will be a composite of these two roles. The two activities will be carried out simultaneously. You will be supporting a clinically lead team whose main role is to coordinate and facilitate the care of patients being admitted to hospital from their GP surgeries and also act as a single point of contact for GPs accessing emergency secondary care. You will be dealing directly with health care professionals and patients over the phone, via email and electronic fax. You will receive incoming calls promptly and efficiently from Patients, Health Care Professionals and services, processing onto Shropdocs operational and clinical application (internal computerized database) or other as appropriate, in accordance with laid down guidelines, fast tracking to the appropriate health care professional or service. To carry out general administration duties The role has no fixed pattern as you will be expected to provide absence cover, with a minimum of two weeks notice. It will involve a mix of in-hours and out of hours shifts (including some overnights) and a mix of weekdays, weekends including bank holidays. 3. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. To receive incoming calls promptly and efficiently from Patients, Health Care professionals and services, process onto Shropdocs operational and clinical application (internal computerised database) or other as appropriate, in accordance with laid down guidelines, fast tracking to the appropriate health care professional or service. 2. To update information on all of Shropdocs databases / systems ensuring clear and concise notes are made for handover purposes. 11. 1. Job Purpose To support the clinician in ensuring that the patient pathway is completed within laid down timescale in accordance with policy, procedure and working instruction. Job Summary To act as receptionist at the base, managing patient appointments, supporting clinicians with administrative tasks, and supporting and managing patients through their experience with Shropdoc To liaise with despatch and your clinician to ensure that base appointments and home visits are completed in a timely fashion To drive the Shropdoc vehicle to home visits in a safe and competent manner To ensure that all kit is checked and available for both home and base appointments To ensure that vehicles are checked prior to any visits so that they are safe and roadworthy 3. Duties and Responsibilities - BASE 3.01To ensure that the base is set up and ready for patients at the beginning of the shift. All computers to be logged in and all essential kits ready and available. 3.02To ensure that the base email account is checked and anything relevant is actioned, all phone lines are connected, and printers are operational. 3.03All clinical kits are checked in conjunction with the Kit Checking and Sealing Process 3.04To appropriately record all drug and sundry usage across the shift using the relevant stock control method and in conjunction with the Medicines Management Policy 3.05To support your clinician with administrative tasks, such as scanning paperwork, emailing information or making phone calls 3.06To be responsible for greeting patients at bases and promptly recording their arrival on clinical software and ensure that should a patient not attend that it is promptly reported to despatch 3.07To ensure that all infection control procedures are stringently followed in line with relevant policy and maintain a continuously clean and tidy environment 3.08To carry out basic first response and fault-finding following failure of systems/technical equipment 3.09To provide clear and specific details to despatch when reporting issues that require further investigation 3.10To log any incidents that occur on shift via Radar (for example, health and safety incidents, safe-guarding concerns etc.) 3.11To advise clinicians of any drug or sundry shortages 3.12To witness the removal and re-stock of controlled drugs and sign your agreement 3.13To check the presence and function of all diagnostic equipment, replacing batteries or reporting any faulty items 3.14To keep despatch appraised of clinical workload and any delay in seeing patients 3.15To always maintain security of the base, including ensuring that the drugs cupboard remains locked, and that no patient identifiable data is accessible 3.16To follow the process for patients without appointments should people unexpectedly turn up at base looking for clinical support 3.17To ensure prescriptions are in printers when the doctor is seeing patients but stored in drugs cupboard when on home visit or base is closed 4. Duties and Responsibilities HOME VISIT 4.01To ensure that the clinician is always transported to home visits safely and with all clinical kit available 4.02To maintain contact with despatch throughout home visits, informing them of any delays/detours and always ensuring they are contacted before returning to base 4.03Comprehensively complete vehicle checks as per the Driver and Vehicle Policy and the Vehicle and Kit Log before driving anywhere on shift 4.04Ensure that full clinical kits are available on all home visits and that it is regularly checked and re-stocked in accordance with procedure 4.05To always use the TomTom satnav in the vehicle, even on short, local journeys 4.06Support clinician in locating the front door of properties and assist with carrying of kit 4.07Report all arrival and departure times using the working times function of the TomTom 4.08Provide an escort into the patients home at the request of the clinician if you feel safe and comfortable doing so. Never witness a consultation, remain in the hall/by front door and be available as required 4.09Record all drugs/sundries dispensed out of the vehicles using relevant stock control recording method and restock as required 4.10Record details of home visits on Vehicle and Kit log 4.11Always maintain security of vehicle 4.12To always abide by the rules of the Highway Code and the Driver and Vehicle Policy 4.13To ensure Toughbooks are charged and switched on and that you are aware of how to resolve basic faults 5. Updating and re-sequencing make up stands in major high street retailers, working with leading brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Nyx Professional Make Up, Max Factor, Rimmel and Maybelline.

Momentum Instore have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Beauty Merchandiser on a flexible basis, working 8-hour days Monday to Friday as and when we have projects (2025).

We have a busy 6 weeks from the start of January 2025 (schedules of work to be given in December) and are looking for key people in your location. Paid training days will take place in December and paid before Christmas.

Work throughout 2025 on a project-by-project basis.

Role and Responsibilities


Visiting retailers and using detailed planograms to update the stand (attention to detail)
Moving and installing new parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram
Changing over the visuals/graphics
Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store
Travelling to your depot* for kit collection, which is paid time.

Candidates must hold a valid EYT qualification and have a minimum of 2 years working with pre-school age children in a nursery environment. A current paediatric first aid qualification and safeguarding training are required.
