Beauty Merchandiser – Flexible

Updating and re-sequencing make up stands in major high street retailers, working with leading brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Nyx Professional Make Up, Max Factor, Rimmel and Maybelline.

Momentum Instore have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Beauty Merchandiser on a flexible basis, working 8-hour days Monday to Friday as and when we have projects (2025).

We have a busy 6 weeks from the start of January 2025 (schedules of work to be given in December) and are looking for key people in your location. Paid training days will take place in December and paid before Christmas.

Work throughout 2025 on a project-by-project basis.

Role and Responsibilities


Visiting retailers and using detailed planograms to update the stand (attention to detail)
Moving and installing new parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram
Changing over the visuals/graphics
Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store
Travelling to your depot* for kit collection, which is paid time.

What you'll need to succeed
The role is Front End leaning and that is the core experience we need, you must have 4+ years commercial experience building applications with TypeScript/React and the surrounding ecosystem. You'll also have worked with Babel, Vite and NPM.

It's a LAMP stack environment so the Back End is PHP based using Laravel Framework. The perfect candidate will have both PHP and Laravel, but they are comfortable speaking to people moving across from a different back end tech such as Node.js or Python.

We'd ideally like someone confident working with API's and in an Azure cloud environment.

In this role you'll be expected to use initiative to complete elements of the roadmap so there's creative license here, you'll also speak directly to Marketeers about projects and solve problems on the go so it's very real-time/dynamic. Those used to working with a tight structured approach in a larger corporate may not suit.

Before you start, you’ll have the chance to meet your client and their family. And when you do, you’ll have day-to-day support with a Care Co-ordinator or Nurse Manager always on hand to answer your questions. Work with individual practice teams and primary care professionals within the PCN to identify and manage a caseload of patients Work closely and in partnership with PCN colleagues including Social Prescribing Link Workers, Health Coaches and Clinical Pharmacist(s). Signpost team members, patients and carers to relevant services as appropriate Make referrals to the multi-disciplinary team as appropriate Central co-ordination role around proactive support and care planning for agreed patient cohorts (cancer specifically for this role) Support patient independence, promote healthcare and well-being including the use of digital apps to support their care Supporting patients and carers to utilise decision aids when appropriate Support patients to have shared decision making conversations Empower patients, this may include the use of validated PAM tools Facilitate smooth and planned discharge and handover between care settings across the health and social care system, including GP, acute, community, and be responsible for facilitating inter-agency communication and support Support people to take up training and employment, or to access appropriate benefits where eligible for example, through referral to social prescribing link workers; Assist people to access self-management education courses, peer support or interventions that support them to take more control of their health and wellbeing; Use healthcare technologies to optimise service delivery, access, and continuity of care for patients and carers Use Population Health Intelligence and Risk Stratification tools proactively to identify groups of patients for MDT discussions or to deliver health services May attend and present at MDT meetings or local schools May support the coordination and delivery of surgery MDT meetings May support in the setting up and administration of Group Consultations Opportunity to develop and shape this service Perform any duty specifically delegated by your line manager as being properly the responsibility of this post.
