What you will be doing

·Developing new customer relationships and maintaining existing business

·Directing and mentoring junior planners

· Providing input into business plans and Chair Planning Meetings, influencing debate and contributing to discussion on operational matters

· Preparing fee proposals and providing input into tender submissions

· Preparing representations to Local Plan consultations, appearing at Local Plan Examinations and assisting with appeal co-ordination and statements of case

· Presiding over small/medium & large projects including coordinating team members, project finances, overseeing solutions in line with the customer’s expectations and ensuring delivery is on time

Who are looking for?

With experience within this sector, you will already be familiar with what we’re looking for:

· Qualified MRTPI or in another relevant discipline

· A highly experienced and knowledgeable practitioner who has experience in large energy and infrastructure projects, including those requiring Environmental Impact Assessment, and those relating to Developments of National Significance and Development Control Orders

· Full membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute and experience of delivering consultancy to a range of customers

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Act in a manner consistent with The Code NMC (2015) carrying out the role in accordance with locally agreed policies and procedures. 2. Safely perform essential nursing duties within the CRF Outpatient setting, contributing to clinic operations by assisting with admissions, dressing changes, administering injections etc., and referring patients to appropriate members of the multidisciplinary team. 7. Develop good working relationships, attend appropriate meetings and demonstrate clear communication with teams both within and outside of R&I to ensure patients have an effective and efficient research experience. 8. Line manage the HCA team, fostering staff potential and encouraging participation in personal development plans. 9. Ensure HCA team are compliant with mandatory and clinical training requirements. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES CLINICAL: 1. In the absence of the unit Manager ensure skill mix is appropriate to clinical needs and keep Senior Nurse Managers/Modern Matrons aware of pertinent issues in the clinical area. 3. Act as a preceptor/mentor to new unit staff and Pre and Post Registered Nurses. 5. Liaise with the School of Nursing, participating in the teaching of basic and post basic learners and training assessments. 5. Ensure own learning and development needs are met. 6. Attend annual updates in: Fire safety, CPR, Moving and Handling, Radiation Protection and other study days as required by the trust. 7. About The Role:
Shift Pattern: Monday - Saturday 22:00 - 06:00, Sundays - 19:00 - 06:00

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be the main point of contact for clients and managers on site. You will coordinate and lead a team of cleaners, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will support the training and induction of new staff and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Be the clients' and managers' main point of contact on site
• Coordinate and drive a team on site, while completing core cleaning duties with the team
• Support the manager with the training and induction of new staff, and the completion of training records
• Lead by example when completing tasks, following the safe systems of work and method statements
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are performed to a high standard
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used efficiently and maintained in good condition
• Address any operational issues or challenges that arise, finding effective solutions to maintain smooth operations

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• You must have the right to work in the UK
• Demonstrable people skills or experience coordinating a team
• Experience cleaning in a similar environment or transferable skills, knowledge, and understanding
• Understanding of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) and Health & Safety compliance on similar sites/environments
• Experience in training and inducting colleagues
• Strong communication skills, essential for client liaison and effective team coordination
• Proactive and adaptable, able to respond to changing demands and priorities
