What you’ll do

What you’ll need

· Minimum 10 years’ experience as a creative professional in a multimedia agency, advertising agency, or design studio with a solid creative portfolio, preferably have done ATL, digital is a must.

The Director, Supply Chain Design and Execution – Medical Distribution will report to the VP, Supply Chain Flow and Strategy – Medical Distribution. This position leads the Supply Chain Design and Execution team; focused on ensuring our distribution network can support future growth while driving best-in-class service at an optimal cost across the U.S. Medical supply chain. With approximately $1 Billion in U.S. supply chain costs, this individual will partner with Operations and Commercial teams and use data-driven analysis, strategic thinking, initiative ideation & prioritization, and project management skills to identify current supply chain capacity and capability gaps and deploy solutions to improve end-to-end flow of product through the supply chain.  This individual must have experience driving end-to-end solutions and managing analytical teams in one or more critical supply chain functions (e.g., transportation, distribution, replenishment, network design, Capital planning, deployment, etc.).  Ideal candidate will also have experience across different industries, allowing him/her to draw upon and implement best practices. An Art Director is a professional who is in charge of developing and maintaining a creative vision that speaks to the reader, viewer, or user. In this role, you will take an active and hands-on role in supporting the creative, engineering and project/account management teams.

You will also work closely with clients and be responsible for conducting user and stakeholder research activities including user interviews, ideation sessions, usability studies and other user research techniques to inform a human-centred design for the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the leadership team and stakeholders to execute product vision and strategy.
• Collaborate closely with product owners to find opportunities for new products and features and to validate assumptions through user testing and research.
• Collaborate with managers, designers, writers, other team members, and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate concepts, themes, and messages are represented effectively and consistently for the business objective(s) and audience(s).
• Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members
• Drive the overall quality of design output and its contribution to business objectives.
• Responsible for managing and supporting a team of graphic designers to bring concepts, presentations, and prototypes to life.
• Coordinate activities with other artistic and creative departments.

Prerequisites

You have a strong interest in all aspects of design and its impact on the world around you, and share a passion for making digital experiences simple, meaningful and elegant. As an experienced Art Director, you will participate and lead world-class projects, and enjoy collaborating with peers and clients alike to solve complex design problems.

• You have proven working experience as Art Director with 4+ years of experience.
• You have hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design.
• You have a clear understanding and love for white-space and all that jazz (design principles).
• You are wildly creative, meticulous and addicted to the quality of craft
• Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools. (E.g SketchApp, Photoshop, Keynote, etc).
• A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well.
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills.

The person we are looking for:

• At least 8-10 years experience in an event based industry/advertising agency/design house/post production house
• Excellent creative and artistic presentation skills
• Excellent understanding of creative and production process within Southeast Asia and APAC coupled with passion for technology.
• Strong in-depth knowledge of brand positioning and industry trends.
• Strong aesthetic sense with intuitive and informed understanding of what makes a truly great content that matters.
• Strong drive to deliver world class contents for brand experiences, integrated consumer campaigns, PR, online and offline activation.
• Hands-on willingness, involving in all stages of the creative process: ideation to creative presentation to project execution.
• Excellent creative presentation skills and a passion for building and developing open, trusting client relationships.
• Fluent in conceptualising and directing content ideas, design, storyboarding, editing, motion design and animation.
• Experience in managing and working with in-house and freelance design resources.
• Can demonstrate the ability to input and voice your point of view, and lead a team of content designers
