Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the accuracy of ETL (extract, transform and load) processes for Customer Insight data ingestion, transformation, cleaning and modelling, ensuring alignment with analytics functions across the wider business

The Senior Technician Reviewer (STR), is responsible for some of the most complicated, difficult, and unusual assignments and projects in the Branch. In consultation with the Branch Chief, the incumbent is responsible for the assignment of selected cases and projects to the attorneys within the Branch and for review of the work products. As a General Attorney (Tax) - Senior Technician Reviewer, you will:

• Act as a legal and technical consultant to the Branch Chief, Deputy Associate Chief Counsel, Associate Chief Counsel, and, as assigned, to other officials in the Office of Chief Counsel on some of the most difficult, important, and complex professional legal and policy matters concerned with the work of the Branch, or which may affect the work of other Branches of the office, or other components of the Chief Counsel's Office. Matters involve detailed and extensive research on complicated legal problems and the development of recommendations as to the positions to be taken by the Branch and the Office. Considers questions that have broad legal ramifications and renders appropriate decisions. • Perform activities in the Branch including legal assistance, document review, appellate recommendations, and litigation support. Many of the issues presented for decision are submitted after extensive consideration in the field and elsewhere. Problems presented cover a broad range of tax law issues involving numerous questions requiring interpretation of the Internal Revenue Code, tax regulations, published rulings, court cases and other technical materials.
• Make recommendations on the need for initiating, consolidating, or eliminating programs and projects. Act as project manager, assign (in consultation with the Branch Chief) work to the attorneys within the Branch, advise them on approach to take, review work product, provide guidance in researching and analyze novel and uncertain points of law, and provide the Branch Chief with performance feedback of work performed.

The selectee will serve as an Executive Advisor in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer. Typical work assignments include:

• Participating fully with the Chief Financial Officer, Deputy Chief Financial Officer and financial management staff in the formulation and implementation of policies, plans, systems, and procedures to manage and continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall financial management program.

Major duties of the Senior Level Counsel include, but are not limited to the following:

• Serves as the legal expert/point of contact and coordinator on published guidance and primary liaison to other Division and Associate Chief Counsel offices in the coordination and direction of activities to support IRS needs and objectives.

• Reviews and advises on the impact of pending litigation, proposed legislation or public guidance and legal issues facing the IRS on tax areas covered by P&A and its foreseeable effect on the Office of Chief Counsel, Counsel's method of operation, and on existing legislation.
• Manages highly complex and significant special projects, including rulemaking. Selects and reviews project proposals, monitors work group needs and progress, and facilitates and expedites recommendations regarding these matters through the decision-making process.
• Coordinates the participation of the Office of Chief Counsel in the development of high-level reports and studies for use by Treasury and/or Congress.
• Personally, represents the Office of Chief Counsel and the Associate Chief Counsel (P&A) at top level IRS, DOJ and Treasury meetings and conferences, and in meetings with executives from other agencies where legal policy is developed and determined.

Job description

1) Drive company IT matters and propose solutions to meet business objectives.

2) Maintenance of IT infrastructure, kiosk and provide server administration and support (AD, ESXI and Hyper-V)

3) Provide technical support to users on hardware and various applications

4) Communicate effectively with users to identify and resolve issues timely

5) Provide technical support, monitor system, security and EDR updates

6) Conduct periodic system preventive maintenance checks, patches updates and review log report

Job requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.

• CCNA, Microsoft Windows Certified, Cyber Security and etc.

• Preferably with a minimum 2-3 years' experience in Deployment/Maintenance Server & Network

• Knowledge of cyber security is an added advantage.

• Strong in problem solving multi-tasking, systematic and organised

• Must be a team player, self-motivated and able to work independently.
