About the role

* Act as the lead point in the setup of new retailers, ensuring training is delivered on time to enable a smooth onboarding
process for all parties, McLaren, Unipart & Retailer.
* Motivate and support your team to improve morale, team work, absence, performance, quality and conduct.
* Work in conjunction with the McLaren team to ensure a positive working relationship at all levels, leading to trust and
advocacy scores of 8+ being maintained for the account.

We currently have three 24hr supported living services.
Two of our services are 1:1 and the third is a property which is currently occupied by two service users.
We support individuals with complex mental health which have a dual diagnosis with LD.
Staff support the service users to live an independent and meaningful life. They support them achieve their personal goals and targets. Staff support our service users to regulate their emotions and support them through their daily challenges and at times need to support them through emotionally difficulties which can be displayed in the form of behaviours that challenge.
Staff communicate regularly with the management team/team leaders and communicate with the service users professional team.
Staff are required to follow plans of care/Protocols, they must be able to adapt to any challenges they face and remain calm when faced with challenging situations.
Our service users have very busy lives with a wide variety of different activities staff support our service users attend these activities and must be able to represent both themselves and Praxis in a positive light. Staff must be able to communicate effectively.

Deputy Service Managers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Deputy Service Manager to join us in leading our supported living service Weaver House in Bulkington. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

Our Deputy Service Managers will be responsible for managing a team of colleagues with the purpose of helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives. You could be developing and implementing person centred support plans, conducting care needs assessments, recruiting and inducting new colleagues, completing supervisions/appraisals, completing medication competencies and medication audits, attending mutli-disciplinary meetings, completing reports and generally assisting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day management of our service. You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Deputy Service Managers play a central role in team leadership and have a hands-on approach to care management.

You will also take part in the on-call rota (although this may be subject to change depending on the needs of the service).

We’re interested in our Deputy Service Managers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Deputy Service Manager should have previous experience in a care management role and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care as well as experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex individuals with mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.

CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER

£33,945 - £38,223

This is a hands-on on team leading role with responsibility for the day to day supervision of the Customer Service Centre (CSC), reporting directly to the Customer Services Manager, and working routinely without the need for direct supervision. You need to be able to tackle problems and remove obstacles that prevent the customer accessing our services using a method that works for them.

You will therefore be working with colleagues, across the council, to deliver efficient and effective services that change and develop in line with customer needs. To do this, you must maintain an up to date knowledge of the Customer Service Centre's responsibilities and the actions required to complete each business process, including a working knowledge of call centre technology and CRM systems.

As well as being able to demonstrate how you manage effective business processes, and staffing matters you must also be able to interpret the performance data that is essential to ensuring that the CSC runs smoothly.

If you can demonstrate excellent communication skills, are familiar with inputting and accessing customer information using multiple systems and have a flexible approach to work then please apply.
